壟茶高速公路企業(yè)文化建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:高速公路是國家建設(shè)和發(fā)展的重要公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。在中國,高速公路管理模式經(jīng)歷了從事業(yè)單位到企業(yè)建制的轉(zhuǎn)變,無論是高速公路管理、經(jīng)營,還是高速公路建設(shè),都決定了高速公路行業(yè)需要重視企業(yè)文化建設(shè)。中國高速公路建設(shè)事業(yè)如火如荼,僅湖南從2008至2009短短兩年的時間里,全省就有33條在建高速公路,因此構(gòu)建先進的、有效的、科學(xué)的高速公路建設(shè)企業(yè)文化,對高速公路建設(shè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展具有舉足輕重的意義。 高速公路建設(shè)行業(yè)的企業(yè)文化就是由高速公路建設(shè)者創(chuàng)造、并被其廣泛認(rèn)同的,同時又被統(tǒng)一作用于企業(yè)內(nèi)部所有員工的文化。而企業(yè)文化一旦形成,并建立良好的機制,就可以實現(xiàn)企業(yè)文化和企業(yè)的共同發(fā)展,因為企業(yè)文化可以為企業(yè)提供共同愿景和企業(yè)認(rèn)同,以及企業(yè)的凝聚力、整合力、激勵力和推動力,所以現(xiàn)代社會把企業(yè)文化建設(shè)看做是企業(yè)的核心競爭力之一;谄髽I(yè)文化的重要戰(zhàn)略作用,很多高速公路建設(shè)單位也將企業(yè)文化建設(shè)看做公司發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。 以壟茶高速公路作為考察的個案,是因為它集中體現(xiàn)了企業(yè)文化的諸多特征。在湖南高速公路眾多在建項目中,壟茶高速公路在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方面有著自己的特色、體驗和感悟。公司樹立了“文化壟茶”的戰(zhàn)略,將文化看做企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,提倡打造公司的文化特色,以文化建設(shè)推動工程建設(shè)、隊伍建設(shè)和廉政建設(shè)等,從而成功打造了書香壟茶、文化壟茶和廉潔高速,為企業(yè)發(fā)展注入了無窮活力和動力。 本文主要以企業(yè)文化為理論支撐,以壟茶高速公路為例證,以兩者的交叉為創(chuàng)新點,探討高速公路企業(yè)文化的特征。結(jié)合壟茶高速公路在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方面的認(rèn)識、做法及其特點,從企業(yè)文化的行業(yè)定位、目標(biāo)指向、功能引擎、構(gòu)建框架、主要內(nèi)容和構(gòu)建方法等六個方面,研究企業(yè)文化的作用、價值及效果。
[Abstract]:Expressway is an important public infrastructure for national construction and development. In China, the expressway management mode has experienced the transformation from the institution to the enterprise system. Whether it is highway management, management or highway construction, the expressway industry needs to attach importance to the enterprise culture construction. The cause of highway construction in China is in full swing. In a short period of two years from 2008 to 2009 in Hunan Province, there are 33 highways under construction in the province. Therefore, advanced, effective and scientific expressway construction enterprise culture has been built. It is of great significance to the development of expressway construction industry. The enterprise culture of expressway construction industry is created by expressway builders and is widely recognized by them. At the same time, it is unified in the culture of all employees in the enterprise. Once the corporate culture is formed and a good mechanism is established, it can realize the common development of the enterprise culture and enterprise, because the enterprise culture can provide the common vision and enterprise identity for the enterprise, as well as the cohesion and integration of the enterprise. Therefore, modern society regards the construction of enterprise culture as one of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the important strategic role of corporate culture, many highway construction units also regard corporate culture construction as the basis for the development of the company. The case of Ridge-Tea Expressway is because it embodies many characteristics of corporate culture. Among the many projects under construction in Hunan expressway, Longcha Expressway has its own characteristics, experiences and feelings in the construction of enterprise culture. The company has established the strategy of "culture ridge tea", regards culture as an important part of enterprise development, advocates to create the cultural characteristics of the company, and promotes engineering construction, team building and clean government construction with cultural construction, etc. Thus has successfully created the book fragrant ridge tea, the culture ridge tea and the clean high speed, has injected the infinite vigor and the motive force for the enterprise development. This article mainly takes the enterprise culture as the theoretical support, takes the ridge tea highway as the example, takes the two cross as the innovation point, discusses the expressway enterprise culture characteristic. Combined with the understanding, practice and characteristics of Longcha Expressway in the construction of enterprise culture, from six aspects, such as industry orientation, target direction, function engine, construction frame, main content and construction method of enterprise culture, etc. To study the role, value and effect of corporate culture.
