寧鐵多元投資集團(tuán)公司高層管理者績(jī)效管理改進(jìn)研究
[Abstract]:The key to the survival and development of enterprises is to give full play to the talents of corporate executives, and to establish a comprehensive and three-dimensional performance management system of executives will undoubtedly play a positive role in improving the performance of enterprises. However, because of the complexity and non-procedural characteristics of the work of senior managers as the core human resources of enterprises, the evaluation of their work results has become the difficulty of enterprise performance management. As a result, it is urgent to find the executive performance management method which is suitable for the management characteristics of Ningtie multiple Investment Group Company. This paper takes the promotion of performance management in the headquarters of Ningtie multiple Investment Group Company as an opportunity, on the basis of investigation, statistics and in-depth analysis, analyzes the problems and causes of the performance management of senior executives of Ningtie multiple Investment Group Company. Innovative and exploratory research was carried out on the improvement measures. The main contents are as follows: first, the paper analyzes the current situation of senior executives' performance management in Ningtie multiple Investment Group Company in detail, and reflects the existing problems through questionnaire survey. Fish bone map and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were used to analyze the existing problems and find out the root of the problems. Second, design the executive performance management improvement scheme of Ningtie multiple investment group company: apply the balanced scorecard principle, establish the annual performance evaluation system of the senior managers based on the company strategy, apply the analytic hierarchy process principle, Establish an annual personal competency evaluation system for senior managers. In the application of performance appraisal results, a more effective performance incentive mechanism for senior managers is constructed from the perspective of organizational behavior. Improve the operational details of performance management and ensure the orderly development of performance management. Third, summing up the process of performance management is a dynamic process, the design and implementation of performance management must be continuously improved with the adjustment of enterprise production and management, and the latest relevant theoretical innovation results should be actively applied to improve the level of performance management.
