基于服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的海運(yùn)物流企業(yè)物流服務(wù)能力評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:一直以來(lái),海洋運(yùn)輸方式是國(guó)家間貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)闹匾绞街,海洋運(yùn)輸業(yè)的發(fā)展程度是一個(gè)國(guó)家的對(duì)外貿(mào)易水平和海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的體現(xiàn),反映了其在海上運(yùn)輸中的地位。隨著我國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放程度的加劇,我國(guó)的海運(yùn)服務(wù)市場(chǎng)的變化給我國(guó)海運(yùn)服務(wù)企業(yè)帶來(lái)了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。一方面,海運(yùn)物流企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,面對(duì)全球的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手,我國(guó)的海運(yùn)物流服務(wù)企業(yè)并沒(méi)有優(yōu)勢(shì)。另一方面,單一的功能性物流服務(wù)已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足市場(chǎng)要求,客戶(hù)越來(lái)越期望得到全面性、高效率、低成本、柔性化服務(wù)。因此,如何提高物流服務(wù)能力已經(jīng)成為海運(yùn)物流企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈理論的發(fā)展推動(dòng)了海運(yùn)物流服務(wù)企業(yè)間的整合,形成以集成海運(yùn)物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)商為核心的海運(yùn)物流供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)模式,向客戶(hù)提供全面的海運(yùn)物流服務(wù)。本文基于服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的海運(yùn)物流企業(yè)服務(wù)能力評(píng)價(jià)研究不僅有助于解決服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈理論在現(xiàn)實(shí)中的應(yīng)用問(wèn)題,加深各界對(duì)海運(yùn)物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的認(rèn)識(shí),而且對(duì)集成海運(yùn)物流供應(yīng)商的物流的服務(wù)能力的評(píng)價(jià)有助于企業(yè)明確自身物流服務(wù)能力,,準(zhǔn)確定位服務(wù)范圍,完善物流服務(wù)體系,最終提高客戶(hù)的滿(mǎn)意度。 本文首先分析了服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈和物流服務(wù)能力的研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了第四方物流、物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈以及物流服務(wù)能力問(wèn)題的相關(guān)理論。其次,針對(duì)海運(yùn)物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,采用指數(shù)平滑法對(duì)海運(yùn)物流企業(yè)的服務(wù)市場(chǎng)需求進(jìn)行了科學(xué)預(yù)測(cè),闡述了集成型海運(yùn)物流企業(yè)在海運(yùn)物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈中的作用,定義了集成海運(yùn)物流供應(yīng)商的物流服務(wù)能力,并介紹了我國(guó)目前大型海運(yùn)物流企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀。再次,本文從基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)能力、客戶(hù)服務(wù)質(zhì)量、信息化水平、服務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力、資源整合能力素和關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)能力6個(gè)維度分析了海運(yùn)物流服務(wù)能力的影響因素,建立了由24個(gè)指標(biāo)構(gòu)成的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。然后,在評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重確定過(guò)程中,考慮了主客觀(guān)因素的共同影響,分別采用了層次分析法和熵權(quán)法確定主客觀(guān)權(quán)重,建立了基于綜合權(quán)重-雙基點(diǎn)法的物流服務(wù)能力評(píng)價(jià)模型。最后,實(shí)證研究。通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)遠(yuǎn)洋、中外運(yùn)長(zhǎng)航、中國(guó)海運(yùn)、河北遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸、福建冠海海運(yùn)5家集成型海運(yùn)企業(yè)的物流服務(wù)能力評(píng)價(jià),得出了評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論,并針對(duì)企業(yè)提出了相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:The mode of ocean transportation is one of the important ways of freight transportation among countries all the time. The level of development of ocean transportation is the embodiment of a country's foreign trade level and the competitiveness of marine economy, which reflects its position in maritime transportation. With the aggravation of our country's opening to the outside world, the change of China's shipping service market has brought unprecedented challenges to our shipping service enterprises. On the one hand, the competition between the shipping logistics enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, facing the global competitors, China's maritime logistics service enterprises have no advantages. On the other hand, a single functional logistics service can not meet the requirements of the market, and customers are increasingly looking forward to comprehensive, efficient, low-cost, flexible services. Therefore, how to improve the logistics service capacity has become a key issue in the development of marine logistics enterprises. The development of service supply chain theory promotes the integration of maritime logistics service enterprises, and forms a model of maritime logistics supply chain service with integrated marine logistics service providers as the core, which can provide customers with comprehensive maritime logistics services. In this paper, the evaluation of service capability of maritime logistics enterprises based on service supply chain is not only helpful to solve the problem of application of service supply chain theory in reality, but also to deepen the understanding of maritime logistics service supply chain from all walks of life. Moreover, the evaluation of logistics service ability of integrated marine logistics suppliers is helpful for enterprises to define their own logistics service ability, locate the service range accurately, perfect the logistics service system, and finally improve the customer satisfaction. This paper first analyzes the research status of service supply chain and logistics service capability, and introduces the theory of fourth party logistics, logistics service supply chain and logistics service ability. Secondly, aiming at the development of marine logistics, the paper uses exponential smoothing method to forecast the service market demand of maritime logistics enterprises scientifically, and expounds the role of integrated maritime logistics enterprises in the supply chain of maritime logistics services. This paper defines the logistics service capability of integrated marine logistics suppliers, and introduces the present operation situation of large maritime logistics enterprises in China. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of maritime logistics service capability from six dimensions: basic business capability, customer service quality, information level, service innovation ability, resource integration ability and relationship coordination ability. An evaluation index system consisting of 24 indexes was established. Then, in the process of determining the weight of evaluation index, considering the common influence of subjective and objective factors, the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are used to determine the subjective and objective weight, respectively. The evaluation model of logistics service capability based on comprehensive weight-two-base point method is established. Finally, empirical research. Based on the evaluation of logistics service capability of five integrated shipping enterprises such as Cosco, Sinotrans, China Shipping, Hebei Ocean Transport and Fujian Guanhai Shipping, the evaluation conclusions are obtained, and the corresponding suggestions are put forward for the enterprises.
