【摘要】：綠色港口建設(shè)是順應(yīng)未來(lái)港口發(fā)展新要求的必經(jīng)之路。深圳港的綠色港口建設(shè)已取得一定成效,但目前仍存在很多問(wèn)題,還需借鑒學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)內(nèi)外的綠色港口建設(shè)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),建立港口綠色信息化管理系統(tǒng),推進(jìn)低碳港口設(shè)備設(shè)施改造,加大投資力度和提高相關(guān)部門(mén)的監(jiān)督執(zhí)法,加強(qiáng)港口資源整合、提高港口岸線利用率,改善港口集疏運(yùn)體系、加強(qiáng)港口群間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,使深圳港走上綠色低碳的可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:Green port construction is the only way to meet the new requirements of port development in the future. The green port construction of Shenzhen Port has made some achievements, but there are still many problems. We still need to learn from the advanced experience of green port construction at home and abroad, establish the port green information management system, and promote the transformation of low-carbon port equipment and facilities. To increase investment and enhance the supervision and law enforcement of relevant departments, to strengthen the integration of port resources, to improve the utilization ratio of port shoreline, to improve the port collection and distribution system, and to strengthen the coordinated development among port groups, So that Shenzhen Port on the green low-carbon sustainable development road.
