【摘要】：城市軌道交通商業(yè)作為區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)的一種新型商業(yè)模式,其經(jīng)營(yíng)開(kāi)發(fā)與建設(shè)密切相關(guān),需要在設(shè)計(jì)階段進(jìn)行規(guī)劃布局。為了更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)其商業(yè)價(jià)值,確定適合的商業(yè)定位策略尤為關(guān)鍵。結(jié)合德?tīng)柗品?從客戶定位、環(huán)境定位及設(shè)計(jì)定位3個(gè)方面構(gòu)建城市軌道交通商業(yè)定位評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)城市軌道交通商業(yè)定位進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。以武漢地鐵商業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)實(shí)例演練地鐵商業(yè)定位的評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程,為地鐵公司商業(yè)定位及發(fā)展提出建議。
[Abstract]:As a new commercial model different from the traditional one, urban rail transit business is closely related to its development and construction, so it needs to be planned and laid out in the design stage. In order to realize its commercial value better, it is very important to determine the suitable business positioning strategy. Combined with Delphi method, the commercial positioning evaluation index system of urban rail transit is constructed from three aspects: customer orientation, environment positioning and design positioning, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the commercial positioning of urban rail transit. Taking Wuhan metro commercial as the research object, this paper gives some suggestions for the subway company's commercial positioning and development by practicing the evaluation process of the subway commercial positioning through an example.
