【摘要】:自從黨的十六大確立了全面建設小康社會的宏偉目標后,中國國民經(jīng)濟持續(xù)穩(wěn)定地發(fā)展,從目前國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟和貿(mào)易情況來看,國內(nèi)GDP和外貿(mào)進出總額將繼續(xù)保持穩(wěn)定的增長,將對我國集裝箱運輸產(chǎn)生更大的需求。集裝箱運輸是現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。而鐵路具有全天候、運量大、運距長、運價低、安全環(huán)保等優(yōu)勢,作為物流鏈的重要環(huán)節(jié),作用是不可替代。長鹽鐵路公司是典型的鐵路集裝箱運輸企業(yè),在面對全球經(jīng)濟一體化的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)的情況下,率先改革,進行物流化嘗試。尤其在海鐵聯(lián)運方而,新華國際集裝箱碼頭公司(下文簡稱新華國際)尋找新的經(jīng)濟增長點,通過資源整合,利用自有疏港鐵路長鹽鐵路通過京廣、京九鐵路與全國鐵路網(wǎng)絡融合,將貨源腹地擴展至中西部內(nèi)陸地區(qū),逐步將長鹽鐵路公司打造成為以鐵路集裝箱運輸為核心優(yōu)勢的現(xiàn)代化物流企業(yè)。 本文主要以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論為基礎,系統(tǒng)分析了國內(nèi)外鐵路集裝箱運輸?shù)陌l(fā)展狀況,中國港口海鐵聯(lián)運市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及未來發(fā)展趨勢,明確我國鐵路集裝箱運輸物流化的發(fā)展目標,并指出我國鐵路集裝箱運輸發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。運用波特的產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略分析工具對新華國際的鐵路集裝箱運輸市場的競爭狀態(tài)、供需狀況、成長因素進行了深入分析。 最后,借助SWOT模型分析新華國際發(fā)展鐵路集裝箱運輸?shù)淖陨韮?yōu)勢和劣勢,以及外部的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),設計一整套操作性強,并能為新華國際發(fā)展海鐵聯(lián)運帶來實際變革的鐵路集裝箱運輸物流化的發(fā)展方案,同時對同類企業(yè)有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Since the 16th National Congress of the Party established the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, China's national economy has continued to develop steadily. Judging from the current domestic economic and trade situation, the total domestic GDP and foreign trade in and out of China will continue to maintain steady growth. Will produce greater demand to our country container transportation. Container transportation is the development direction of modern logistics industry. The railway has the advantages of all-weather, large volume, long distance, low freight rate, safety and environmental protection, etc. As an important link of logistics chain, the role is irreplaceable. Changyan Railway Company is a typical railway container transportation enterprise. In the face of the opportunity and challenge of global economic integration, Changyan Railway Company takes the lead in reform and logistics. In particular, on the seaborne rail transport side, the Xinhua International Container Terminal Company (hereinafter referred to as Xinhua International) is looking for new economic growth points. Through the integration of resources, it will use its own open Hong Kong railway and long salt railway to pass through Beijing and Guangzhou. The Beijing-Kowloon railway and the national railway network merge, expand the source of goods hinterland to the central and western inland area, and gradually build Changyan railway company into a modern logistics enterprise with railway container transportation as the core advantage. Based on the theory of enterprise strategy, this paper systematically analyzes the development situation of domestic and foreign railway container transportation, the present situation and future development trend of China's seaport seaborne transport market. The development goal of railway container transportation logistics in China is clarified, and the weak link of the development of modern logistics industry in China railway container transportation is pointed out. Using Porter's industrial competition strategy analysis tool, the paper analyzes the competitive state, supply and demand situation and growth factors of the railway container transportation market in Xinhua International. Finally, with the help of SWOT model, the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Xinhua international railway container transportation, as well as the external opportunities and challenges, and designs a set of strong maneuverability. The development scheme of railway container transportation logistics which can bring practical change to the international development of sea-rail combined transport for Xinhua International is also of certain reference value to the similar enterprises at the same time.
