【摘要】：東南亞是中國"一帶一路"倡議和日本"經(jīng)濟(jì)成長戰(zhàn)略"的重疊發(fā)展區(qū)域,中日在東南亞都大力推行高鐵外交。東南亞落后的交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施存在巨大市場需求,導(dǎo)致中日在雅萬高鐵、新馬高鐵等項(xiàng)目上展開了激烈競爭。綜合運(yùn)用比較分析法和案例分析法,多角度分析中日高鐵在東南亞的競爭態(tài)勢,嘗試界定中日高鐵外交內(nèi)涵,立足日本高鐵外交在東南亞與中國競爭的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合中日高鐵在東南亞的競爭案例,探討中國面對日本高鐵沖擊時(shí)的應(yīng)對策略。從高鐵外交角度研究中日在東南亞高鐵市場的競爭,不僅具有學(xué)理研究視角的創(chuàng)新,而且對中國在東南亞做好高鐵外交具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Southeast Asia is an overlapping region of China's "Belt and Road" initiative and Japan's "economic growth strategy". Both China and Japan have vigorously promoted high-speed rail diplomacy in Southeast Asia. The huge market demand for Southeast Asia's laggard transport infrastructure has led to fierce competition between China and Japan over projects such as Yavan high-speed rail, Singapore and Malaysia high-speed rail. By comprehensive use of comparative analysis and case analysis, this paper analyzes the competitive situation of Sino-Japanese high-speed rail in Southeast Asia from various angles, tries to define the diplomatic connotation of high-speed rail between China and Japan, and bases itself on the characteristics of Japanese high-speed rail diplomacy competing with China in Southeast Asia. Combined with the competition between China and Japan in Southeast Asia, this paper discusses China's coping strategies in the face of Japanese high-speed rail impact. The study of the competition between China and Japan in Southeast Asian high-speed rail market from the perspective of high-speed rail diplomacy not only has the innovation of theoretical research perspective, but also has important practical significance for China to do well in high-speed rail diplomacy in Southeast Asia.
