高速鐵路和既有線客流分擔(dān)率研究

【摘要】:高速鐵路的建成和投入運(yùn)營(yíng),緩解了鐵路運(yùn)輸能力緊張的局面,進(jìn)一步完善了鐵路客運(yùn)產(chǎn)品,更好地滿足了旅客多層次、多方位的客運(yùn)需求。在運(yùn)輸通道中,為提高能力利用率,增強(qiáng)鐵路運(yùn)輸?shù)氖袌?chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,高速鐵路和既有線面臨著如何合理分工的問(wèn)題。研究高速鐵路和既有線的客流分擔(dān)率,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)高速鐵路和既有線的合理分工,優(yōu)化運(yùn)力資源配置,方便旅客出行等都具有重要意義。 本文在分析高速鐵路和既有線客流分擔(dān)率影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,分析旅客出行選擇特征,將客流分為高、中、低三類,并結(jié)合不同列車的服務(wù)屬性,將高速鐵路和既有線的分擔(dān)率轉(zhuǎn)化為計(jì)算分客流類型的列車分擔(dān)率。 從旅客出行意愿的角度,由于不同類型客流的選擇行為特征和不同鐵路運(yùn)輸通道在客流結(jié)構(gòu)方面的差異,并結(jié)合不同等級(jí)列車的服務(wù)屬性,構(gòu)建了分客流類型的不同等級(jí)列車、不同席別的客流分擔(dān)率計(jì)算模型;根據(jù)相應(yīng)通道的客流結(jié)構(gòu),得出基于旅客出行意愿的不同等級(jí)列車的客流分擔(dān)率。 考慮到鐵路運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)品供給在一定程度影響旅客的選擇行為,所以從鐵路運(yùn)輸供給的角度,重點(diǎn)分析了列車開行方案對(duì)客流分擔(dān)率的影響,給出了基于列車開行方案的客流分擔(dān)率修正方法,得到受鐵路運(yùn)輸供給影響的不同等級(jí)列車的客流分擔(dān)率,進(jìn)而結(jié)合各等級(jí)列車在高速鐵路和既有線的開行情況,得出整個(gè)通道內(nèi)高速鐵路和既有線的客流分擔(dān)率 在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析客流分擔(dān)率對(duì)旅客時(shí)間價(jià)值、通道的客流結(jié)構(gòu)和票價(jià)的敏感性,計(jì)算出不同方案下高速鐵路和既有線的分擔(dān)率變化情況,為高速鐵路和既有線合理分工方案的確定提供依據(jù),也為鐵路相應(yīng)政策的制定和實(shí)施提供參考。 論文以武廣通道為例,根據(jù)構(gòu)建的模型計(jì)算出的武廣通道內(nèi)高速鐵路和既有線的客流分擔(dān)率結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況較為接近,驗(yàn)證了模型的合理性和實(shí)用性;從旅客時(shí)間價(jià)值、通道客流結(jié)構(gòu)和票價(jià)三個(gè)方面分析客流分擔(dān)率的敏感性,計(jì)算得出各等級(jí)列車的分擔(dān)率變化趨勢(shì)并分析其敏感性,為武廣通道列車開行方案的制定提供參考。
[Abstract]:The completion and operation of high-speed railway alleviates the shortage of railway transport capacity, further improves the railway passenger transport products, and better meets the multi-level and multi-directional passenger transport demand of passengers. In order to improve the utilization ratio of capacity and enhance the market competitiveness of railway transportation, high-speed railway and existing railway are faced with the problem of rational division of labor. It is of great significance to study the passenger flow sharing rate of high-speed railway and existing railway, to realize the rational division of labor between high-speed railway and existing railway, to optimize the allocation of transportation capacity resources, and to facilitate passenger travel. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the passenger flow sharing rate of the high-speed railway and the existing railway, this paper analyzes the characteristics of passenger travel selection, classifies the passenger flow into three categories: high, middle and low, and combines the service attributes of different trains. The share rate of high speed railway and existing railway is transformed into the train share rate of passenger flow type. From the point of view of passenger travel intention, because of the different behavior characteristics of different types of passenger flow and the differences in passenger flow structure of different railway transport channels, and combined with the service attributes of different grade trains, the different grade trains with different passenger flow types are constructed. According to the passenger flow structure of the corresponding channel, the passenger flow sharing rate of different class trains based on passenger travel intention is obtained. In view of the fact that the supply of railway transport products affects the behavior of passengers to some extent, from the point of view of railway transport supply, the influence of train operation scheme on passenger flow sharing rate is analyzed emphatically. In this paper, the method of correcting passenger flow sharing rate based on train operation scheme is given, and the passenger flow sharing rate of different grade trains affected by railway transportation supply is obtained, and then combined with the operation of each grade train on high-speed railway and existing railway line, On the basis of this, the paper further analyzes the sensitivity of the passenger flow sharing rate to the passenger time value, the passenger flow structure and the ticket price of the passage. The variation of the sharing rate of high-speed railway and existing railway under different schemes is calculated, which provides the basis for the determination of rational division of labor between high-speed railway and existing railway, and also provides a reference for the formulation and implementation of the corresponding policies of railway. This paper takes Wuguang Channel as an example, according to the constructed model, the result of passenger flow sharing rate of high-speed railway and existing railway in Wuguang Channel is close to the actual situation, which verifies the rationality and practicability of the model. This paper analyzes the sensitivity of passenger flow sharing rate from three aspects of channel passenger flow structure and ticket price, calculates the variation trend of each grade train's share rate and analyzes its sensitivity, which provides a reference for the formulation of Wuguang channel train operation plan.
