【摘要】：在青藏鐵路全線通車為標(biāo)志的西部大開發(fā)背景下，由于青藏鐵路沿線地區(qū)自然環(huán)境惡劣，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展緩慢，但其資源豐富，地理位置特殊，所以大力發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)是加速青藏鐵路沿線地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,優(yōu)化地區(qū)的資源配置、進(jìn)一步縮小東西部差距、促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展和維護(hù)社會(huì)安定團(tuán)結(jié)的重要途徑。 文中主要運(yùn)用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的研究方法，采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)地調(diào)查研究方法、定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法，理論分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合，綜合分析青藏鐵路沿線重點(diǎn)地區(qū)，即以西寧地區(qū)、格爾木地區(qū)和拉薩地區(qū)為代表的重點(diǎn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀問題，歸納出解決該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的模式從而提出對(duì)策措施，所以具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 全文在緒論部分主要介紹了本文的選題背景、研究意義、研究概況。正文共有五章。從第二章到第四章分別介紹青藏鐵路沿線重點(diǎn)地區(qū)資源與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的條件，著重分析了西寧格爾木和拉薩等地區(qū)發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)及特色經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，，并從這些地區(qū)特色農(nóng)牧業(yè)、特色旅游、特色紡織業(yè)、特色工業(yè)發(fā)展的原則、思路和方向選擇等方面提出了發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的模式；第五章對(duì)發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)與國(guó)家扶持、發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)方面做了探討并提出了發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the large-scale development of the western region marked by the opening of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, due to the poor natural environment and slow social and economic development in the areas along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, it is rich in resources and special in geographical location. So vigorously developing characteristic economy is an important way to accelerate economic development, optimize regional resource allocation, further narrow the gap between east and west, promote regional coordinated development and maintain social stability and unity along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. This paper mainly uses the research method of regional economics, the method of literature research, the method of field investigation, the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. This paper synthetically analyzes the current situation of economic development in key areas along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, that is, Xining region, Golmud region and Lhasa area, summarizes the mode of economic development in this area, and puts forward countermeasures and measures. So has the very strong realistic significance. In the introduction part, the thesis mainly introduces the background, significance and general situation of this paper. There are five chapters in the text. From the second to the fourth chapters, respectively, the resources and socio-economic development of the key areas along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway are introduced, and the conditions for developing the characteristic economy are also introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of developing characteristic economy in Golmud and Lhasa in Xining and Lhasa are emphatically analyzed, and the development principles of characteristic agriculture and animal husbandry, characteristic tourism, characteristic textile industry and characteristic industry in these areas are analyzed. This paper puts forward the mode of developing characteristic economy from the aspects of train of thought and choice of direction, the fifth chapter probes into the aspects of developing characteristic economy and national support, developing characteristic economy and infrastructure construction, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for developing characteristic economy.
