【摘要】：集裝箱運(yùn)輸是我國(guó)海運(yùn)的主要方式之一。近年來(lái),集裝箱船舶大型化已經(jīng)成為必然趨勢(shì),沿海港口都在重點(diǎn)建設(shè)一批能�？楷F(xiàn)代化集裝箱船舶的專用泊位,港口集裝箱運(yùn)輸發(fā)展迅速,提高集裝箱運(yùn)輸中轉(zhuǎn)場(chǎng)站的工作效率,以完善海運(yùn)進(jìn)出口集疏運(yùn)能力,已成為航海貨運(yùn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。集裝箱運(yùn)輸不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了運(yùn)輸?shù)目旖菪�、安全性、�?jīng)濟(jì)性、可靠性,而且改變了傳統(tǒng)貨源組織方式和運(yùn)輸體系。它形成了以集裝箱港口、公路、鐵路以及航空為區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)延伸的運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)格體系。在這一運(yùn)輸體系中,集裝箱場(chǎng)站有著非常重要的地位和作用,集裝箱場(chǎng)站發(fā)展滯后在一定程度上制約著運(yùn)輸?shù)募b箱化水平和集裝箱的運(yùn)輸效率。本文以錦州港為例,對(duì)其集裝箱場(chǎng)站發(fā)展規(guī)模及布局進(jìn)行了研究。 本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)集裝箱碼頭、堆場(chǎng)和場(chǎng)站研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理,概述了集裝箱場(chǎng)站相關(guān)理論,為后文的研究打下理論基礎(chǔ)；通過(guò)對(duì)錦州港集裝箱場(chǎng)站發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,首先是集裝箱運(yùn)輸發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,包括集裝箱碼頭基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、運(yùn)輸航線、吞吐量、集疏運(yùn)條件以及經(jīng)濟(jì)腹地等5方面,然后是集裝箱場(chǎng)站發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,包括錦州港集裝箱場(chǎng)站發(fā)展沿革、特點(diǎn)及不合理因素等方面的分析；通過(guò)灰色預(yù)測(cè)方法對(duì)錦州港集裝箱場(chǎng)站吞吐量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),進(jìn)而對(duì)其進(jìn)行布局和發(fā)展規(guī)模進(jìn)行研究,針對(duì)錦州港集裝箱場(chǎng)站現(xiàn)狀和未來(lái)發(fā)展需要,提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展建議,包括挖掘貨源、完善集疏運(yùn)體系、建設(shè)場(chǎng)站信息系統(tǒng)、培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才、合理布局。
[Abstract]:Container transportation is one of the main ways of shipping in China. In recent years, the large-scale container ship has become an inevitable trend. The coastal ports are focusing on building a number of special berths which can stop the modern container ships. The port container transportation is developing rapidly, improving the efficiency of the transfer stations in the container transportation, so as to improve the shipping progress. The capacity of export collection and transportation has become the key to the development of the shipping industry. The container transportation not only realizes the shortcut, security, economy and reliability of transportation, but also changes the traditional transportation system and transportation system. It forms a transport grid system that extends the container port, highway, railway and aviation to the regional network. In this transportation system, the container station has a very important position and function. The lagging of the development of the container station restricts the container level of transportation and the efficiency of the container transportation to some extent. This paper takes Jinzhou port as an example to study the development scale and layout of its container station.
This paper first reviews the current situation of container terminal, yard and station research at home and abroad, summarizes the theory of container yard, and lays a theoretical foundation for the later research. Through the analysis of the current situation of the development of container terminal in Jinzhou port, the first is the status of container transport development, including the container terminal infrastructure and transportation. 5 aspects such as route, throughput, collection and transportation conditions and economic hinterland, and then the development status of container station, including the development evolution, characteristics and unreasonable factors of Jinzhou port container station, and the prediction of the throughput of container station in Jinzhou port by the grey prediction method, and then the layout and development scale of the container station in Jinzhou port According to the present situation and the future development needs of Jinzhou port container station, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for development, including the excavation of the source, the improvement of the collection and transportation system, the construction of the station information system, the training of professional personnel and the rational layout.
