【摘要】：城市交通在現(xiàn)代城市的發(fā)展中起著至關(guān)重要的作用,作為城市重要的公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,它是關(guān)系國計(jì)民生大計(jì)的社會性公益事業(yè)。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會的發(fā)展,城市機(jī)動車保有量急劇增加,交通問題日益嚴(yán)重,不僅制約著城市的健康發(fā)展,也嚴(yán)重影響著城市居民的生活。當(dāng)前,衡量城市發(fā)展水平的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)志便是城市交通體系建設(shè)和交通發(fā)展。近年來,我國城市化進(jìn)程速度加快,在促進(jìn)城市規(guī)模擴(kuò)張、城市人口快速增長的同時(shí),也使城市環(huán)境和交通容量面臨巨大壓力和挑戰(zhàn),客觀上要求城市交通不斷得到改善,以滿足不斷增長的交通需求。本文通過研究國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合成都市交通實(shí)際狀況,對如何促進(jìn)成都市城市交通可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題進(jìn)行了深入研究。 本文結(jié)合實(shí)際,首先分析了成都市當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和交通現(xiàn)狀,綜合分析了成都市人口和經(jīng)濟(jì)條件,以及成都市主要道路交通量現(xiàn)狀和居民出行的交通結(jié)構(gòu)狀況。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步提出成都市城市交通可持續(xù)發(fā)展的路徑選擇,分別從公交發(fā)展、土地利用和需求管理三個(gè)方面具體分析成都市交通存在的問題,并有針對性地提出公共交通優(yōu)先發(fā)展、交通體系與土地利用相互協(xié)調(diào)、交通需求管理實(shí)施對策和建議。本文對于政府部門制定相關(guān)政策具有借鑒作用,對于引導(dǎo)成都市交通事業(yè)未來發(fā)展,促進(jìn)成都市經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、生態(tài)和諧發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Urban transportation plays a vital role in the development of modern cities. As an important public infrastructure, it is a social public service that has a great bearing on the national economy and the people's livelihood. With the development of our country's economy and society, the number of urban motor vehicles has increased rapidly, and the traffic problem is becoming more and more serious, which not only restricts the healthy development of the city, but also seriously affects the life of the urban residents. At present, the construction and development of urban traffic system is an important symbol to measure the level of urban development. In recent years, the process of urbanization in China has been accelerated, which not only promotes the expansion of urban scale and the rapid growth of urban population, but also makes the urban environment and traffic capacity face enormous pressure and challenges, which objectively requires the continuous improvement of urban traffic. To meet the growing demand for transportation. Based on the research results and practical experiences at home and abroad, this paper makes a deep study on how to promote the sustainable development of Chengdu urban traffic. This paper first analyzes the current level of economic development and traffic status of Chengdu, the population and economic conditions of Chengdu, as well as the current situation of traffic volume on main roads and the transportation structure of residents in Chengdu. On this basis, the paper further puts forward the path choice of Chengdu urban traffic sustainable development, and analyzes the existing problems of Chengdu traffic from three aspects: bus development, land use and demand management, respectively. It also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the priority development of public transportation, the coordination of traffic system and land use, and the implementation of traffic demand management. This article has the reference function to the government department to formulate the related policy, to guide the Chengdu transportation enterprise future development, to promote the Chengdu city economy, the society, the ecological harmonious development has the important practical significance.
