【摘要】：隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外航空業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,中國(guó)航油A公司也得到了發(fā)展壯大,由最初的只為國(guó)內(nèi)少數(shù)幾家航空公司服務(wù)的單一性企業(yè),逐步發(fā)展為面向國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的綜合性航油供應(yīng)商,隨之而來(lái)的是其所面對(duì)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也變得多樣化。因此,進(jìn)一步完善企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系,從而進(jìn)一步提升企業(yè)抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力,是航油A公司亟待研究和解決的問(wèn)題。 目前,航油A公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控體系建設(shè)處于初級(jí)階段,對(duì)各方面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的辨識(shí)還有待完善。本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)及形勢(shì)的分析,基于作者在航油公司的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),全面評(píng)估航油A公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論的研究成果,從公司實(shí)際出發(fā),對(duì)該公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析及控制做一些有益的探討,并初步提出改進(jìn)措施。通過(guò)改進(jìn)措施指導(dǎo)該公司完善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控體系建設(shè),充分發(fā)揮風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控的預(yù)見(jiàn)性作用,使企業(yè)對(duì)將要面對(duì)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及時(shí)采取規(guī)避和控制手段,進(jìn)一步提升企業(yè)抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力,促進(jìn)企業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。 本文對(duì)中國(guó)航油A公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控研究,對(duì)行業(yè)內(nèi)其他公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控體系建設(shè)也具有一定的參考價(jià)值,對(duì)目前國(guó)有企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控建設(shè)也是一個(gè)積極的探索。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the domestic and foreign aviation industry, China Aviation Oil Company A has also been developed and strengthened. From the original oneness enterprise which only serves a few domestic airlines, it has gradually developed into a comprehensive aviation oil supplier for the international market. What follows is the diversification of the risks it faces. Therefore, it is an urgent problem for aviation oil company A to improve the enterprise risk management system and enhance the enterprise's anti-risk ability. At present, the construction of risk control system of aviation oil company A is in the initial stage, and the identification of various risks needs to be improved. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the domestic and international market and situation, based on the author's working experience in aviation oil company, to comprehensively evaluate the risk control status of aviation oil A company, combined with the research results of risk management theory at home and abroad, starting from the company's actual situation. This paper discusses the risk analysis and control of the company, and puts forward some improvement measures. Through improving measures to guide the company to perfect the construction of risk control system, give full play to the predictive role of risk management and control, so that enterprises will face the risks to take timely measures to avoid and control, and further enhance the ability of enterprises to resist risks. To promote the sustained and healthy development of enterprises. This paper also has some reference value to the risk control system construction of other companies in the industry, and it is also a positive exploration to the risk management and control construction of state-owned enterprises at present.
