【摘要】：從2007年至今,國(guó)際干散貨運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)經(jīng)歷了大起大落式發(fā)展,從市場(chǎng)高峰跌落至谷底。2012年,隨著船舶交付高峰的到來(lái),以及運(yùn)輸需求增長(zhǎng)緩慢的情形下,給國(guó)際干散貨運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。作為國(guó)際干散貨運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)中的重要組成部分和主力船型市場(chǎng)——Panamax型船海運(yùn)市場(chǎng),面臨十分嚴(yán)峻的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,運(yùn)營(yíng)該船型的航運(yùn)企業(yè)正慘淡經(jīng)營(yíng),因此,嚴(yán)峻尋求適合企業(yè)在該市場(chǎng)中生存與發(fā)展之路,對(duì)其未來(lái)發(fā)展具有理論參考和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。 基于企業(yè)管理理論與計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)方法,本文首先在研究國(guó)際干散貨運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析國(guó)際干散貨運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的需求、供給、運(yùn)價(jià),指出目前國(guó)際干散貨市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀與特征。其次,分析Panamax型船運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的船型介紹、運(yùn)輸需求、供給與運(yùn)價(jià)情況,提出該市場(chǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與特征。再次,采用定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)Panamax型船運(yùn)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)分析,指出未來(lái)市場(chǎng)需求將會(huì)增加,而運(yùn)力壓力仍將較大。最后,提出Panamax型船運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)對(duì)策,主要包括合理優(yōu)化船隊(duì)、大力提升攬貨能力、合理規(guī)避運(yùn)價(jià)波動(dòng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、力爭(zhēng)實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏發(fā)展、快速推動(dòng)綠色航運(yùn)的發(fā)展、進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)成本管理、創(chuàng)新服務(wù)手段和加快人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等。通過(guò)本文的研究,以期為Panamax型船公司的發(fā)展提供理論參考和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:From 2007 to now, the international dry bulk transportation market has experienced a great rise and fall from the market peak to the bottom. In 2012, with the arrival of the ship delivery peak and the slow growth of transport demand, To the international dry bulk transport market has brought severe challenges. As an important part of the international dry bulk cargo transportation market and the main shipping market, the Panamax shipping market is facing a very severe market environment. The austere search for a suitable way for enterprises to survive and develop in this market has theoretical reference and practical guiding significance for its future development. Based on the enterprise management theory and econometrics method, this paper firstly analyzes the demand, supply and freight rate of the international dry bulk transportation market on the basis of studying the relevant literature of international dry bulk transportation market. The present situation and characteristics of the international dry bulk market are pointed out. Secondly, the paper analyzes the ship type, transport demand, supply and freight rate of Panamax shipping market, and puts forward the present situation and characteristics of this market. Thirdly, the development trend of Panamax shipping market is forecasted and analyzed by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. It is pointed out that the market demand will increase in the future, and the pressure of transportation capacity will still be greater. Finally, the paper puts forward the management countermeasures of Panamax shipping market, mainly including optimizing the fleet reasonably, improving the capacity of cargo collecting, avoiding the fluctuation risk of freight rate reasonably, striving to achieve win-win development and promoting the development of green shipping rapidly. We will further strengthen cost management, innovate service means and speed up the construction of personnel. Through the research of this paper, we hope to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the development of Panamax shipping company.
