【摘要】：本文深入研究了法國鐵路轉換經營機制和實現多元化經營的改革背景,從組織機構調整及產業(yè)鏈延伸兩方面分析了法國鐵路轉變經營機制的主要途徑,并進一步從拓展融資渠道、開拓新業(yè)務、市場開發(fā)、調整票價政策等方面詳細闡述了法國鐵路實施多元化經營的具體措施和取得的成效,最后對法國鐵路實施多元化經營的經驗進行了總結。
[Abstract]:This paper deeply studies the reform background of French railway transforming management mechanism and realizing diversified operation, and analyzes the main ways to transform French railway management mechanism from two aspects: organization adjustment and industrial chain extension. Furthermore, from the aspects of expanding financing channels, opening up new business, developing market, adjusting ticket price policy and so on, the paper expounds in detail the concrete measures and results achieved in the implementation of diversified operation of French Railways. Finally, the experience of implementing diversified operation of French railway is summarized.
