基于系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的高鐵網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)站點(diǎn)區(qū)域影響機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:透視高鐵網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)站點(diǎn)區(qū)域的影響機(jī)理,是科學(xué)引導(dǎo)站點(diǎn)區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。從系統(tǒng)的視角,利用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)構(gòu)建高鐵網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)站點(diǎn)區(qū)域交通:人口、產(chǎn)業(yè)以及環(huán)境的影響機(jī)理模型。通過(guò)廣州南站新城案例,對(duì)高鐵網(wǎng)絡(luò)影響站點(diǎn)區(qū)域發(fā)展進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)仿真。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):高鐵網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)站點(diǎn)區(qū)域交通可達(dá)性、客流量影響顯著;對(duì)常住人口、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)等高鐵站點(diǎn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展,短期內(nèi)影響不明顯,負(fù)面的環(huán)境影響可阻礙高鐵站點(diǎn)區(qū)域的發(fā)展。因此,高鐵網(wǎng)絡(luò)的多種影響要素的復(fù)合作用共同決定了高鐵站點(diǎn)區(qū)域的發(fā)展,其中交通可達(dá)性是支撐其發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),人口活力(客流量和常住人口數(shù)量)是其經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)鍵,治理站點(diǎn)區(qū)域環(huán)境有助于提高其吸引力。
[Abstract]:It is the key to guide the sustainable development of the station area to see through the influence mechanism of the high-speed railway network on the station area. From the system perspective, the mechanism model of the impact of high-speed rail network on the traffic, population, industry and environment of the station is constructed by using the system dynamics. Through the case of Guangzhou South Railway Station New Town, the dynamic simulation of the high-speed railway network affecting the development of the station area is carried out. It is found that the high-speed rail network has a significant impact on the regional traffic accessibility and passenger flow of the station, and on the regional economic and social development of the resident population, the tertiary industry, and other high-speed rail stations in the short term, the impact of which is not obvious in the short term. Negative environmental impacts can hinder the development of high-speed rail station areas. Therefore, the complex effect of multiple factors of high-speed rail network determines the development of high-speed railway station area, in which transportation accessibility is the basis to support its development, and population vitality (passenger flow and resident population) is the key to its economic growth. Managing the site's regional environment helps to improve its attractiveness.
