基于博弈論的干散貨貨主船隊經(jīng)營策略研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國干散貨船東背景多元化趨勢顯著,其中引起最多關(guān)注的便是由大型干散貨貨主斥資建造的貨主船隊的崛起,出于規(guī)避運(yùn)輸風(fēng)險,節(jié)省運(yùn)輸成本,增強(qiáng)市場掌控力等多方因素,貨主船東們在中國沿海上掀起了一場規(guī)模浩大的運(yùn)力擴(kuò)張運(yùn)動。干散貨貨主組建船隊有其一定的優(yōu)勢因素,貨源充足穩(wěn)定,資本實力雄厚等條件確實為貨主船隊的建立提供了強(qiáng)有力的支持。但近年來,由于航運(yùn)市場的持續(xù)低迷,燃油人力成本高企,外加貨主船東欠缺的航運(yùn)專業(yè)背景使然,貨主船隊的運(yùn)營也面臨著艱難的處境。本文正是以此為背景,并結(jié)合中國沿海干散貨市場時局,試圖為國內(nèi)貨主船東找到繼續(xù)發(fā)展的有效途徑和現(xiàn)實出路。本文的主要工作有:完善規(guī)范了貨主船隊的理論學(xué)說,歸納了貨主船隊的形成動因,詳細(xì)列舉了中國干散貨貨主船隊的規(guī)模與現(xiàn)況,另外本文深入分析了現(xiàn)今中國沿海干散貨運(yùn)輸市場復(fù)雜沉悶的局面,從供需雙重角度證實了干散貨市場運(yùn)力過剩的局面,提出應(yīng)逐步縮減消化市場現(xiàn)存運(yùn)力,且貨主船隊的擴(kuò)張規(guī)模和速度要受市場調(diào)控,管理部門也應(yīng)對其實施有效干預(yù)。 基于貨主船隊現(xiàn)存的生存風(fēng)險與專業(yè)劣勢,本文借鑒了當(dāng)今航運(yùn)市場上盛行的聯(lián)盟合作模式,提議貨主船隊?wèi)?yīng)加強(qiáng)與傳統(tǒng)船東的合作,為使論證更為充分有力,本文用博弈理論證明了兩方合作確實能夠擴(kuò)大聯(lián)盟整體利益,提升聯(lián)盟市場競爭力,實現(xiàn)合作方的雙贏。同時本文亦探討了貨主船隊與傳統(tǒng)船東聯(lián)盟后的利益分配問題,使整個合作建議具有充分的實踐性。最后,文章對貨主船隊的下階段發(fā)展策略提出建議,首先貨主船隊?wèi)?yīng)適度參與市場競爭,要站在沿海運(yùn)輸市場全局的高度,謹(jǐn)慎對待自身發(fā)展規(guī)模,以自貨自運(yùn)為主,將發(fā)展目光專注到增強(qiáng)自身專業(yè)能力上來,其次注重培育自身核心競爭力,開拓更加適宜專業(yè)貨種的運(yùn)輸船隊,并完善建立相關(guān)供應(yīng)鏈上下游,另外還要注重建立穩(wěn)固的運(yùn)營模式,選擇可靠誠信的合作伙伴,并且制定航運(yùn)企業(yè)風(fēng)險防范機(jī)制,以維系企業(yè)長久穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the trend of diversification in the background of dry bulk cargo shipowners in China is remarkable, among which the most concerned is the rise of shippers built by large dry bulk cargo owners, in order to avoid transportation risks and save transportation costs. With multiple factors, such as market dominance, shipowners have unleashed a massive expansion of capacity off China's coast. Dry bulk cargo owners have their own advantages in the establishment of the fleet, such as sufficient and stable supply of goods, strong capital strength and so on, which provide strong support for the establishment of the cargo owner fleet. However, in recent years, because of the continuous downturn of shipping market, the high cost of fuel labor and the lack of shipping professional background, the shippers' fleet operation is also facing a difficult situation. Based on this background and combined with the current situation of dry bulk cargo market along the coast of China, this paper tries to find an effective way and realistic outlet for domestic shippers to continue to develop. The main work of this paper is as follows: perfecting and standardizing the theory of consignor fleet, summing up the formation motivation of cargo owner flotilla, enumerating in detail the scale and current situation of Chinese dry bulk carrier fleet, In addition, this paper deeply analyzes the complicated and dreary situation of China's coastal dry bulk transportation market, confirms the situation of excess capacity in dry bulk market from the point of view of supply and demand, and proposes that the existing capacity of the market should be gradually reduced and digested. Moreover, the expansion scale and speed of the consignor fleet are regulated by the market, and the management department should intervene in it effectively. Based on the existing survival risk and professional disadvantage of the cargo owner fleet, this paper draws lessons from the alliance cooperation mode prevailing in the shipping market today, and proposes that the cargo owner fleet should strengthen the cooperation with the traditional shipowners in order to make the demonstration more fully and effectively. This paper proves by the game theory that the cooperation between the two parties can really expand the overall interests of the alliance, enhance the competitiveness of the alliance market, and realize the win-win situation of the partners. At the same time, this paper also discusses the benefit distribution of the consignor fleet and the traditional shipowner alliance, which makes the whole cooperation proposal fully practical. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the next stage development strategy of the cargo owner fleet. Firstly, the cargo owner fleet should participate in the market competition moderately, stand at the height of the overall situation of the coastal transportation market, treat its own development scale with caution, and give priority to self-cargo and self-transportation. Focus on the development of their own professional ability to enhance their next focus on cultivating their core competitiveness, develop more suitable for the transport of professional cargo fleet, and improve the establishment of related supply chain upstream and downstream, In addition, we should pay attention to the establishment of a stable operation model, select reliable and honest partners, and formulate a risk prevention mechanism for shipping enterprises, in order to maintain the long-term and stable development of the enterprises.
