【摘要】：共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的本質(zhì)是"產(chǎn)權(quán)私有,收益共享",其以信息技術(shù)為依托,是"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"下的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式。共享經(jīng)濟(jì)包括三個(gè)參與部分:供給端、需求端、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)共享平臺(tái)。共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的產(chǎn)權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與三個(gè)參與部分互相對(duì)應(yīng):所有權(quán)對(duì)應(yīng)供給端、管理權(quán)對(duì)應(yīng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)共享平臺(tái)、收益權(quán)共享。產(chǎn)權(quán)明晰是共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的邊界,發(fā)揮激勵(lì)功能,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效率,依靠互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)所有權(quán)與使用權(quán)的分離,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)收益共享。"產(chǎn)權(quán)私有,收益共享"的共享經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)對(duì)當(dāng)今我國的改革與發(fā)展具有重要的價(jià)值,這種經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)是一種高效經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)、人性經(jīng)濟(jì)、共贏經(jīng)濟(jì),可以達(dá)到管理高效化、產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化、服務(wù)人性化、社會(huì)和諧化的良好目的。
[Abstract]:The essence of sharing economy is "private property right, income sharing", which is based on information technology and is the economic model under "Internet". The sharing economy consists of three parts: supply side, demand side and Internet sharing platform. The property right structure of the sharing economy corresponds to the three participating parts: the ownership corresponds to the supply side, the management right corresponds to the Internet sharing platform, and the income right is shared. Clear property right is the boundary of sharing economy, giving full play to incentive function, improving economic efficiency, realizing separation of ownership and right of use by Internet technology, and finally realizing income sharing. " The sharing economy form of private property right and income sharing has important value to the reform and development of our country today. This economic form is a kind of efficient economy, ecological economy, human nature economy, win-win economy, which can achieve high efficiency of management. The good purpose of ecological industry, humanized service and harmonious society.
