【摘要】：揭示城市地下工程核心安全風險的形成與演化機理,是實現(xiàn)有效安全風險管控的前提。研究立足項目層面,聚焦于風險形成和發(fā)展的全過程,采用扎根理論方法構(gòu)建了城市地下工程核心安全風險驅(qū)動因素及其演化的概念模型。模型中包含了核心安全風險的形成環(huán)境、驅(qū)動因素、演化過程三種關(guān)系:一,時空環(huán)境與孕險環(huán)境共同構(gòu)成了核心安全風險的形成環(huán)境;二,組織因素、主體因素和技術(shù)因素是驅(qū)動核心安全風險演化的主要因素;三,核心安全風險呈現(xiàn)出"風險潛伏—風險發(fā)展—風險爆發(fā)—事故形成"的風險演化鏈。研究有助于深化對城市地下工程核心安全風險形成和演化的認識,為項目參與方實施有效管控提供針對性的管理思路和實施路徑奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:To reveal the formation and evolution mechanism of the core safety risk of urban underground engineering is the premise to realize effective safety risk control. Based on the project level and focusing on the whole process of risk formation and development, the conceptual model of the driving factors of urban underground engineering core safety risk and its evolution is constructed by taking root theory method. The model includes three kinds of relationships: first, spatio-temporal environment and pregnancy risk environment constitute the forming environment of core safety risk; second, organizational factors, The main factors and technical factors are the main factors driving the evolution of the core security risks. Thirdly, the core security risks present the risk evolution chain of "risk latent, risk development, risk explosion and accident formation". The study is helpful to deepen the understanding of the formation and evolution of the core safety risks of urban underground engineering, and to lay a theoretical foundation for the effective management and control of the project participants.
