【摘要】：飛機(jī)是航空運(yùn)輸?shù)闹匾a(chǎn)工具。隨著航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,飛機(jī)引進(jìn)、運(yùn)營、退出、租賃、抵押登記、保險(xiǎn)等航空運(yùn)輸相關(guān)活動日漸頻繁,飛機(jī)交易價(jià)值測度的需求日益增多,迫切需要客觀公正的飛機(jī)交易價(jià)值測度結(jié)果作為參考支撐。為科學(xué)、客觀、準(zhǔn)確地測度飛機(jī)交易價(jià)值,本文首先從飛機(jī)基礎(chǔ)價(jià)值、市場交易狀態(tài)以及外部環(huán)境三個方面,對飛機(jī)交易價(jià)值的影響因素進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)全面地分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上繪制出飛機(jī)交易價(jià)值測度系統(tǒng)的因果關(guān)系圖;其次運(yùn)用德爾菲法對飛機(jī)交易價(jià)值影響因素進(jìn)行篩選,并構(gòu)建了飛機(jī)交易價(jià)值測度指標(biāo)體系;再對資產(chǎn)評估中重置成本法、收益法和市場法各自的特點(diǎn)、應(yīng)用于飛機(jī)基礎(chǔ)價(jià)值評估的適用性及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析比較,采用重置成本法對八架B737-800機(jī)型的飛機(jī)基礎(chǔ)價(jià)值進(jìn)行評估;然后構(gòu)建了基于系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)的飛機(jī)交易價(jià)值測度模型,測度全壽命期內(nèi)飛機(jī)交易價(jià)值綜合影響系數(shù),進(jìn)而測度飛機(jī)交易價(jià)值TV;最后根據(jù)國內(nèi)航空公司近幾年B737-800交易數(shù)據(jù),驗(yàn)證模型的可行性及可信性,并預(yù)測出全壽命期內(nèi)任意時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)B737-800的飛機(jī)交易價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Aircraft is an important production tool for air transportation. With the continuous development of air transport industry, aircraft import, operation, exit, leasing, mortgage registration, insurance and other air transport related activities become more and more frequent, and the demand for measuring the value of aircraft transactions is increasing day by day. There is an urgent need for objective and fair measurement results of aircraft transaction value as a reference support. In order to measure the value of aircraft transaction scientifically, objectively and accurately, this paper firstly analyzes the influencing factors of aircraft transaction value systematically and comprehensively from three aspects: the basic value of aircraft, the state of market trading and the external environment. On the basis of this, the causality diagram of aircraft transaction value measurement system is drawn. Secondly, the influence factors of aircraft transaction value are screened by Delphi method, and the index system of aircraft transaction value measurement is constructed. Then, the characteristics of replacement cost method, income method and market method in asset evaluation are analyzed and compared, and the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of the application in aircraft basic value assessment are analyzed and compared. The replacement cost method is used to evaluate the basic value of eight B737-800 aircraft models. Then, a model of aircraft transaction value measurement based on system dynamics is constructed to measure the comprehensive influence coefficient of aircraft transaction value over the lifetime, and then to measure the value of aircraft transaction TV.The last, according to the B737-800 transaction data of domestic airlines in recent years, The feasibility and credibility of the model are verified, and the aircraft transaction value of any time node B737-800 in the lifetime is predicted.
