【摘要】：隨著我國投融資體制的改革和多元化投資主體的出現(xiàn),高速公路項目的投資風險引起了投資者以及項目管理者的極大關注。本文全面地研究了高速公路項目投資風險管理的整個過程,分析了高速公路項目投資在項目投資過程中風險管理中的風險識別、風險評價、風險應對和風險監(jiān)控等內(nèi)容和關鍵技術,其中的方法和策略、措施對進行高速公路項目投資者具有指導和借鑒作用。 本文從理論和實踐上對高速公路項目投資風險分析進行了系統(tǒng)的研究,對高速公路項目投資風險分析的現(xiàn)狀進行了較詳細的分析,對我國高速公路項目投資缺乏風險管理導致的后果進行剖析。較詳細地分析了高速公路項目投資風險分析的現(xiàn)狀,剖析了我國高速公路項目投資風險管理存在的問題。在借鑒現(xiàn)代工程項目風險管理的有關概念和方法的基礎上,論文具體地論述了高速公路項目投資風險的定義、特征、識別的各種方法,投資風險的分類,并嘗試建立了以風險分值評估及現(xiàn)金流分析為主的高速公路項目投資風險預警體系,并對重慶沿江高速公路項目投資風險預警體系進行實例的應用研究,并提出了相關的控制措施及應對方案。
[Abstract]:With the reform of China's investment and financing system and the emergence of diversified investment subjects, the investment risk of expressway projects has attracted great attention of investors and project managers. This paper studies the whole process of risk management of expressway project investment, and analyzes the risk identification and risk evaluation of expressway project investment in the process of project investment risk management. The contents and key technologies of risk response and risk monitoring, including the methods and strategies, are helpful to the investors of expressway project. In this paper, the risk analysis of expressway project investment is studied in theory and practice, and the present situation of expressway project investment risk analysis is analyzed in detail. This paper analyzes the consequences of lack of risk management in expressway project investment in China. The present situation of investment risk analysis of expressway project is analyzed in detail, and the problems existing in risk management of expressway project investment in China are analyzed. On the basis of drawing lessons from the relevant concepts and methods of modern engineering project risk management, the paper concretely discusses the definition, characteristics, identification methods, classification of investment risk of expressway project investment risk. The paper also tries to establish a risk early warning system of expressway project investment based on risk score evaluation and cash flow analysis, and carries on the application research of the project investment risk early warning system along the Yangtze River in Chongqing. And put forward the relevant control measures and countermeasures.
