【摘要】：航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已經(jīng)成為21世紀(jì)一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)融合到國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重要方式，航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群國(guó)際化作為一種參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的新形式，通過(guò)國(guó)際合作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)要素資源的優(yōu)化配置和雙向流動(dòng)，，航空產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展已經(jīng)融入到全球經(jīng)濟(jì)范疇，促進(jìn)航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的蓬勃發(fā)展，已經(jīng)成為增進(jìn)我國(guó)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的必然選擇。 本文首先總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群及其國(guó)際化相關(guān)的理論研究，分析和總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有的結(jié)論與存在的不足，并以此作為研究出發(fā)點(diǎn)，對(duì)航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群國(guó)際化的涵義作了進(jìn)一步辨析和界定。同時(shí)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了簡(jiǎn)單的了解，以便于更好地把握貴州航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群國(guó)際化的研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上，以貴州航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)SWOT分析法對(duì)貴州航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)價(jià)，然后通過(guò)市場(chǎng)國(guó)際化、資源配置國(guó)際化、中介組織國(guó)際往來(lái)三個(gè)方面分析了貴州航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群國(guó)際化的現(xiàn)狀，得出貴州航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群現(xiàn)階段以外向國(guó)際化為主、內(nèi)向國(guó)際化為輔,主要采取產(chǎn)品出口與引進(jìn)資本、核心技術(shù)等相結(jié)合的方式。最后從貴州航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群國(guó)際化存在的問(wèn)題出發(fā)，結(jié)合貴州的實(shí)際情況，從企業(yè)和政府雙方而采取相應(yīng)的對(duì)策措施促進(jìn)貴州航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群國(guó)際化的提升。
[Abstract]:Aviation industry cluster has become an important way for a country or region to integrate into international economic competition in the 21st century. As a new form of participation in international competition, the internationalization of aviation industry cluster is through international cooperation and competition. To realize the optimal allocation and two-way flow of international and domestic essential factor resources, aviation industry has been integrated into the global economic category and promoted the vigorous development of aviation industry cluster, which has become the inevitable choice to enhance China's international competitiveness. This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign aviation industry cluster and its internationalization related theoretical research, analyzes and summarizes the existing conclusions and shortcomings, and takes this as the starting point of the research. The meaning of the internationalization of aviation industry cluster is further analyzed and defined. At the same time, it makes a simple understanding of the status quo of aviation industry cluster development at home and abroad in order to better grasp the internationalization of Guizhou aviation industry cluster. On this basis, take Guizhou aviation industry cluster as the research object, through the SWOT analysis method to carry on the comprehensive appraisal to the Guizhou aviation industry cluster, then through the market internationalization, the resources allocation internationalization, This paper analyzes the status quo of the internationalization of Guizhou aviation industry cluster from three aspects of international contacts between intermediary organizations, and draws the conclusion that Guizhou aviation industry cluster is mainly internationalized outside the present stage, supplemented by inward internationalization, and mainly adopts product export and capital import. A combination of core technologies. Finally, from the point of view of the problems existing in the internationalization of Guizhou aviation industry cluster, combining with the actual situation of Guizhou, the corresponding countermeasures are taken from both the enterprises and the government to promote the internationalization of Guizhou aviation industry cluster.
