【摘要】：出租汽車是上海市客運(yùn)交通體系的重要組成部分,對(duì)其進(jìn)行定期的跟蹤評(píng)估有利于提高行業(yè)運(yùn)行效率,完善相關(guān)政策。通過(guò)對(duì)上海市3萬(wàn)余輛出租汽車、390余萬(wàn)條出租汽車GPS行程數(shù)據(jù)的分析研究,并結(jié)合歷年交通調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),從出租汽車的行程分布、里程利用率、服務(wù)時(shí)間分布和空間差異性分布等方面,分析了上海市出租汽車的基本特征和變化趨勢(shì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)上海市出租汽車管理提出發(fā)展建議:堅(jiān)持公交優(yōu)先,考慮多樣化的乘客需求,提高出租汽車行業(yè)綠色發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:Taxi is an important part of the passenger transportation system in Shanghai. It is helpful to improve the efficiency of the industry and improve the relevant policies by following and evaluating it regularly.Through the analysis and research on the GPS travel data of more than 3. 9 million taxis in Shanghai, and combining with the traffic survey data over the years, the travel distribution and mileage utilization ratio of the taxis are analyzed.In this paper, the basic characteristics and trend of taxi in Shanghai are analyzed in terms of service time distribution and spatial difference distribution.On the basis of this, the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of taxi management in Shanghai: insisting on the priority of public transportation, considering the diversified passenger demand, and improving the green development level of taxi industry.
