成都雙流機(jī)場(chǎng)綠色運(yùn)營(yíng)管理策略研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)聯(lián)合國(guó)政府間氣候變化專(zhuān)門(mén)委員會(huì)公布的數(shù)據(jù),貨運(yùn)和客運(yùn)所產(chǎn)生的溫室氣體占全球溫室氣體總排放量的23%,其中,航空運(yùn)輸?shù)亩趸寂欧耪?2%。由于產(chǎn)生大量氣體排放,航空業(yè)正廣受詬病。在全球不斷重視氣候變化問(wèn)題,航空業(yè)首當(dāng)其沖的背景下,打造綠色機(jī)場(chǎng)成為了航空業(yè)熱門(mén)話題。 綠色機(jī)場(chǎng)已經(jīng)是未來(lái)勢(shì)不可擋的歷史潮流,因?yàn)樗袭?dāng)今國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展潮流,,符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念。到2015年,全國(guó)運(yùn)輸機(jī)場(chǎng)總數(shù)達(dá)到230個(gè)以上,機(jī)場(chǎng)的建設(shè)和營(yíng)運(yùn)將處于快速發(fā)展期,綠色機(jī)場(chǎng)理念將是實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)場(chǎng)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展的途徑。我國(guó)在建的昆明綠色機(jī)場(chǎng),從新建機(jī)場(chǎng)的角度比較系統(tǒng)的闡述了綠色機(jī)場(chǎng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,但對(duì)于已經(jīng)建成的機(jī)場(chǎng),尚缺乏在運(yùn)行中實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色機(jī)場(chǎng)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)策略。全球機(jī)場(chǎng)缺乏綠色建設(shè)的系統(tǒng)研究和實(shí)踐的案例,也缺乏能夠指導(dǎo)綠色機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)與管理的指標(biāo)體系。 本文在第二章從綠色機(jī)場(chǎng)的概念出發(fā),結(jié)合我國(guó)機(jī)場(chǎng)發(fā)展的實(shí)際,分析其內(nèi)涵,提出我國(guó)綠色機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)是民航行業(yè)降低運(yùn)行成本、提高管理水平、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營(yíng)方式、實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要途徑,是機(jī)場(chǎng)貫徹科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的體現(xiàn),并結(jié)合合美國(guó)、德國(guó)、希臘等國(guó)外機(jī)場(chǎng)及我國(guó)北京、上海、廣州,尤其是昆明建設(shè)綠色機(jī)場(chǎng)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在第三章首先分析了成都雙流機(jī)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行綠色機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)的必要性,然后分別分析了成都雙流機(jī)場(chǎng)的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境存在的問(wèn)題,采用SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析法提出了綠色運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的解決策略。最后在第四章針對(duì)成都雙流機(jī)場(chǎng)的具體情況,分別從綠色運(yùn)營(yíng)管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)、綠色營(yíng)銷(xiāo)體系及其他綠色運(yùn)用管理措施三個(gè)方面對(duì)綠色運(yùn)營(yíng)管理策略進(jìn)行了闡述。 總之本文希望通過(guò)成都雙流機(jī)場(chǎng)的綠色運(yùn)營(yíng)管理研究,一方面是為其他運(yùn)營(yíng)中的機(jī)場(chǎng)的綠色機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)提供參考,另一方面則是希望能通過(guò)本文的研究使綠色機(jī)場(chǎng)成為轉(zhuǎn)變民航發(fā)展方式的切入點(diǎn),為機(jī)場(chǎng)科學(xué)持續(xù)發(fā)展注入動(dòng)力,為實(shí)現(xiàn)民航強(qiáng)國(guó)奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:According to data released by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate change, freight and passenger transport produce 23 percent of the world's greenhouse gas emissions, of which 12 are from air transport.The aviation industry is being widely criticized for generating large amounts of gas emissions.In the context of the global attention to climate change, aviation industry bear the brunt of the background, building green airport has become a hot topic in the aviation industry.Green airport is an irresistible historical trend in the future, because it accords with the current international and domestic development trend and the concept of sustainable development.By 2015, the total number of national transport airports will reach 230 or more, and the construction and operation of airports will be in a period of rapid development. The concept of green airport will be the way to realize the healthy and sustainable development of airports.Kunming Green Airport, which is under construction in our country, systematically expounds the way to realize the green airport from the point of view of the new airport, but for the airport that has already been built, it lacks the guiding strategy to realize the development of green airport in operation.There is a lack of systematic research and practice of green airport construction in the world, as well as a lack of index system to guide the construction and management of green airport.In the second chapter, starting from the concept of green airport, combining the reality of airport development in our country, this paper analyzes its connotation, and points out that the construction of green airport in our country is to reduce the running cost, improve the management level and change the management mode of civil aviation industry.The important way to realize the sustainable development of science is the embodiment of the airport carrying out the scientific development view, and combining with the practical experience of building green airport in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Kunming and other foreign airports such as the United States, Germany, Greece and so on.In the third chapter, the necessity of the construction of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport is analyzed, and then the problems in the external and internal environment of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport are analyzed.The strategy of green operation management is put forward by SWOT strategic analysis method.Finally, in the fourth chapter, according to the specific situation of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport, the green operation management strategy is expounded from three aspects: the organization structure of green operation management, the green marketing system and other green application management measures.In a word, this paper hopes to provide a reference for the construction of other airports in operation through the study of the green operation management of Chengdu Shuangliu Airport.On the other hand, it is hoped that the green airport will become the breakthrough point of changing the development mode of civil aviation through the research of this paper, and inject the power into the sustained development of the airport science, and lay the foundation for realizing the civil aviation powerful country.
