【摘要】:港口服務(wù)供應鏈作為服務(wù)供應鏈在港口物流領(lǐng)域的重要分支,成為當代港口物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要趨勢,日漸成為學術(shù)界研究的重要課題。港口服務(wù)供應鏈是以港口企業(yè)為物流服務(wù)集成商和核心企業(yè)的新型供應鏈,通過整合運輸、倉儲、配送、加工、信息服務(wù)等物流服務(wù)資源,為船公司或貨主提供個性化、集成化和全方位的物流服務(wù)。 港口物流服務(wù)供應商的選擇與優(yōu)化是港口服務(wù)供應鏈構(gòu)建中的源頭問題,直接決定了供應鏈運作的成敗,科學地選擇和優(yōu)化方法可以有效地降低港口服務(wù)供應鏈風險,提升港口服務(wù)競爭力。本文基于港口服務(wù)供應鏈風險辨識的視角,站在港口服務(wù)供應鏈的核心企業(yè)——港口的角度,對港口服務(wù)供應鏈中的港口物流服務(wù)供應商選擇與優(yōu)化問題進行研究。 首先,界定了本文的研究內(nèi)容談及的風險和港口物流服務(wù)供應商都是基于港口服務(wù)供應鏈的研究范疇之內(nèi)而進行的。闡述了港口服務(wù)供應鏈的相關(guān)概念,港口物流服務(wù)供應商的概念、類型與功能,并討論了考慮風險影響下的港口物流服務(wù)供應商選擇與優(yōu)化中解決的關(guān)鍵問題。 第二,通過相關(guān)文獻整理和調(diào)查問卷,結(jié)合基金項目的部分研究成果,系統(tǒng)分析了港口服務(wù)供應鏈的風險因素,提煉得到了港口服務(wù)供應鏈的四大類關(guān)鍵風險,并闡述關(guān)鍵風險因素對港口物流服務(wù)供應商選擇的影響,在此基礎(chǔ)上給出了基于關(guān)鍵風險控制的港口物流服務(wù)供應商選擇與優(yōu)化流程。 第三,構(gòu)建了供應風險條件下的同類型服務(wù)能力的港口物流服務(wù)供應商數(shù)量優(yōu)化決策模型,并通過matlab和crystall仿真進行參數(shù)敏感性分析。論文闡述了供應風險條件下港口服務(wù)供應鏈供應風險與管理成本的均衡關(guān)系。從概率論的角度構(gòu)建了確定最優(yōu)港口物流服務(wù)供應商數(shù)量優(yōu)化決策模型,并通過算例加以驗證。 第四,建立了考慮合作風險控制的港口物流服務(wù)供應商評價指標體系,提出了一種變精度的模糊粗糙集評價模型。首先闡述了港口物流服務(wù)供應商戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系的形成機理;然后提出了考慮合作風險控制的港口物流服務(wù)供應商選擇評價指標體系,將合作風險控制體現(xiàn)在指標體系中,并將“合作風險”細分為資源風險、能力風險、績效風險和協(xié)同風險,針對每類風險下的各個指標進行詳細闡述。并提出了一種基于變精度的模糊粗糙集評價模型的港口物流服務(wù)供應商評價方法,為實值信息系統(tǒng)的多目標決策提供了一個可行的途徑。 第五,構(gòu)建了需求風險條件下的港口物流服務(wù)供應商的任務(wù)分配優(yōu)化的多目標隨機規(guī)劃模型,并設(shè)計線性加權(quán)法和序貫式算法編程求解。引入機會約束對下方需求風險水平進行度量;然后綜合考慮需求風險、供應風險和合作風險因素,引入能力匹配度的概念,構(gòu)建了基于單一物流能力和多種物流能力的港口物流服務(wù)供應商的物流任務(wù)分配多目標隨機規(guī)劃模型,模型綜合考慮了整個港口服務(wù)供應鏈的運作成本、貨主要求的時間和服務(wù)質(zhì)量等因素,以港口服務(wù)供應鏈的總運營成本最小、港口物流服務(wù)供應商的滿意度最大和港口的懲罰程度最小為目標,并綜合運用線性加權(quán)法和序貫式算法對模型進行求解,通過算例仿真加以驗證。
[Abstract]:The service supply chain of the port as a service supply chain in the field of port logistics important branch, has become an important trend in contemporary port logistics industry development, has become an important topic in academic circles. The port service supply chain is a new supply chain in port enterprise logistics service integrator and core enterprises, through the integration of transportation, warehousing and distribution. Processing, information services and other resources of logistics services, to provide personalized for the shipping company or owner of the goods, the integration and the full range of logistics services.
The selection and optimization of port logistics service provider is the service supply chain of the port construction in the source of the problem, directly determines the success or failure of the supply chain operation, selection and optimization method can effectively reduce the port service supply chain risk scientifically, enhance the competitiveness of the port service. The service supply chain risk identification of port based on the perspective of the core enterprise service station the supply chain in Port - port angle, to study and optimization of service supply chain of the port in the port logistics service suppliers.
First of all, the definition of the research content of this paper about the supplier risk and port logistics services are based on within the research category of port service supply chain. Expounded the concept of service supply chain of the port, the port logistics service provider concept, type and function, and discusses the thinking to solve the key problems of the selection and optimization of port logistics the service provider under the influence of the risk.
Second, through the relevant literature review and questionnaire, some research results combined with the project, the system analyzes the risk factors of port service supply chain, refined four kinds of key risks to the service supply chain of the port, and expounds the key risk factors affecting service service provider on the selection of port logistics, based on the key the risk control of the port logistics service supplier selection and optimization of the process based on.
Third, construct the optimization decision-making model of port logistics service suppliers supply quantity under the condition of risks the same type of service ability, and the parameter sensitivity analysis through MATLAB and crystall simulation. This paper expounds the supply risk under the condition of the port service supply chain and supply risk management cost equilibrium relationship. From the viewpoint of probability theory is constructed to determine the optimal optimal decision model of port logistics service provider number, and verified by an example.
Fourth, considering the cooperation risk control of port logistics service provider evaluation index system, puts forward the evaluation model of fuzzy rough sets a variable precision. Firstly expounds the formation mechanism of the port logistics service strategic cooperation relationship with suppliers; and considering the port logistics service supplier selection evaluation index system of risk control cooperation, cooperation risk control is reflected in the index system, and the cooperation risk into resource risk, ability risk, performance risk and cooperation risk, for each index of each kind of risk under the detailed elaboration. And put forward an evaluation of the port logistics service supplier evaluation model based on variable precision fuzzy rough set method, provides a feasible way of multi-objective decision for real information system.
Fifth, optimization of task allocation of multi objective stochastic programming model was established under the condition of demand risk of port logistics service providers, and the design of the linear weighting method and sequential algorithm programming. The chance of introducing constraints on the level of risk measurement under the demand; then consider the risk of demand and supply risk and cooperation risk factors, the ability to match the concept of construction, single logistics capacity and a variety of logistics capability of port logistics service supplier logistics task allocation model based on multi-objective stochastic programming model, considering the service supply chain of the port's operating costs, the owner of the time factor and the quality of service, with a minimum of port service supply chain total cost of operation, port the logistics service supplier satisfaction and the minimum penalty level port as the goal, and the integrated use of linear weighting method and sequential type The algorithm is used to solve the model and is verified by example simulation.
