【摘要】：經(jīng)過幾年來的發(fā)展，目前湖南空港實(shí)業(yè)公司發(fā)展遭遇了瓶頸，主要反映在業(yè)務(wù)需求高，經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模低的迫切需要解決自己的問題；在同一時(shí)間，國內(nèi)和國外的新加入者越來越多，外部競爭日趨激烈。因此，湖南空港實(shí)業(yè)公司的首要任務(wù)是建立公司的發(fā)展方向，明確產(chǎn)品定位，盡可能地規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，突出自己的競爭優(yōu)勢，，從而使湖南空港實(shí)業(yè)公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展的提供有利保障。因此，湖南空港實(shí)業(yè)公司需要有自己的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。所謂戰(zhàn)略主要是為了獲得競爭優(yōu)勢和開發(fā)企業(yè)的競爭力而進(jìn)行一系列行動(dòng)的動(dòng)態(tài)統(tǒng)籌。 本文通過湖南空港實(shí)業(yè)公司的深入分析，找出湖南空港實(shí)業(yè)公司目前發(fā)展瓶頸問題，從外部環(huán)境分析找出面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)，運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理知識，從湖南空港實(shí)業(yè)公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析中找到自身的優(yōu)勢和弱點(diǎn)，從而確立了湖南空港實(shí)業(yè)公司在改善和加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的同時(shí)，積極尋求相關(guān)多元化經(jīng)營的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，并制定具體階段性規(guī)劃及五年戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，并實(shí)現(xiàn)了既定的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)而進(jìn)行引進(jìn)人才，資金引進(jìn)，組織機(jī)構(gòu)改革，加強(qiáng)市場營銷，企業(yè)文化再造的戰(zhàn)略落實(shí)措施，維護(hù)公司的整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對公司未來發(fā)展發(fā)揮有效的作用，使湖南空港實(shí)業(yè)公司實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 論文通過運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理知識研究湖南空港實(shí)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，對公司未來經(jīng)營目標(biāo)和方向進(jìn)行綱領(lǐng)性的設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)劃，有利于改進(jìn)管理模式、企業(yè)更好的優(yōu)化資源，提高市場應(yīng)變能力和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能力，進(jìn)而提高企業(yè)的競爭力。同時(shí)對其他企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理也具有全面的、普遍的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:After several years of development, the development of Hunan Airport Industrial Company has encountered a bottleneck, mainly reflected in the urgent need to solve its own problems with high business demand and low economic scale. At the same time, there are more and more new entrants both at home and abroad. The external competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Therefore, the first task of Hunan Airport Industrial Company is to establish the development direction of the company, to define the product orientation, to avoid risks as far as possible, and to highlight its own competitive advantage. So that Hunan Airport Industrial Company can provide favorable protection for sustainable development. Hunan Airport Industrial Company needs to have its own development strategy. The so-called strategy is to obtain competitive advantage and develop the competitiveness of enterprises to carry out a series of dynamic coordination actions. Based on the in-depth analysis of Hunan Airport Industrial Company, this paper finds out the bottleneck problems in the development of Hunan Airport Industrial Company, finds out the opportunities and challenges from the external environment, and applies strategic management knowledge. From the analysis of the internal environment of Hunan Airport Industrial Company, we find out its own strengths and weaknesses, thus establishing the development strategy of Hunan Airport Industrial Company to improve and strengthen the existing products while actively seeking the diversified management. And to formulate specific stage planning and five years strategic objectives, and to achieve the established strategic objectives of the introduction of talent, capital introduction, organizational reform, strengthening marketing, corporate culture reconstruction strategy implementation measures, The maintenance of the company's overall development strategy will play an effective role in the future development of the company, so that Hunan Airport Industrial Company can achieve sustainable development. By using strategic management knowledge to study the industrial development strategy of Hunan Airport, the paper designs and plans the company's future business objectives and direction, which is helpful to improve the management model and optimize the resources of the enterprise. At the same time, it can improve the ability of market response and risk control, and then improve the competitiveness of enterprises. At the same time, it also has a comprehensive and universal guiding significance to other enterprises' operation and management.
