【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及城市化進(jìn)程的迅速推進(jìn)，城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，人流、物流、交通流、信息流等也逐步向城鄉(xiāng)轉(zhuǎn)移。城鄉(xiāng)之間的聯(lián)系越來(lái)越緊密，使得城鄉(xiāng)居民的出行頻次增多。城鄉(xiāng)公交作為聯(lián)系城區(qū)和鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的橋梁，面對(duì)居民日益增長(zhǎng)的出行需求，發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用。并且城鄉(xiāng)公交是統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展、實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化的重要舉措之一，如何評(píng)價(jià)其實(shí)施效果對(duì)其今后更好的發(fā)展城鄉(xiāng)公交具有重要意義。因此，對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)公交系統(tǒng)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行研究，具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外在公交系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)研究中關(guān)于指標(biāo)選取和評(píng)價(jià)方法方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。然后，根據(jù)前面總結(jié)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，結(jié)合城鄉(xiāng)公交的特點(diǎn)和評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容，建立了一套比較完善的城鄉(xiāng)公交系統(tǒng)綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系。通過(guò)分析常用的綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法，，結(jié)合評(píng)價(jià)目的，選取了DEA法并加以改進(jìn)，形成了基于DEA法的城鄉(xiāng)公交系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)模型。最后以三個(gè)城市的城鄉(xiāng)公交系統(tǒng)為例，驗(yàn)證了本文的理論和方法，取得了較好的效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and the rapid advancement of urbanization, the scale of urban and rural construction is constantly expanding, and the flow of people, logistics, traffic and information are also gradually transferred to urban and rural areas. The relationship between urban and rural areas is becoming more and more close. Urban and rural public transport, as a bridge between urban and rural areas and towns, plays an increasingly important role in meeting the increasing travel needs of residents. And urban and rural public transport is to coordinate urban and rural development. One of the important measures to realize the integration of urban and rural areas, how to evaluate its implementation effect is of great significance to the better development of urban and rural public transport in the future. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the comprehensive evaluation system of urban and rural public transport system. In this paper, the author first summarizes the experience in the evaluation of public transport system at home and abroad on the selection of indicators and evaluation methods. Then, according to the previous experience, combined with the characteristics of urban and rural public transport and evaluation content, A set of comprehensive evaluation system of urban and rural public transportation system is established. By analyzing the common comprehensive evaluation methods and combining the purpose of evaluation, the DEA method is selected and improved. The evaluation model of urban and rural transit system based on DEA method is formed. Finally, taking the urban and rural transit system of three cities as an example, the theory and method of this paper are verified, and good results are obtained.
