上海郵輪母港航線優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)下全球的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)仍存在不穩(wěn)定的因素,但世界旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展比較迅速。郵輪旅游是旅游業(yè)的朝陽(yáng)分支,整個(gè)郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展蒸蒸日上。在國(guó)內(nèi),上海國(guó)際郵輪港是國(guó)際郵輪掛靠規(guī)模最大的郵輪母港,也是國(guó)內(nèi)最先開始掛靠國(guó)際豪華郵輪的郵輪母港。自從21世紀(jì)以來(lái),在上海郵輪母港掛靠的國(guó)際郵輪航次逐年提高,掛靠的郵輪噸位也越來(lái)越大,品牌也逐漸豐富起來(lái)。但相比于國(guó)外著名郵輪母港,上海郵輪母港航線還是比較單一,而且規(guī)劃不夠完善,還有很大的優(yōu)化空間。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外在郵輪旅游方面的研究還較少,對(duì)于郵輪航線優(yōu)化的研究更是稀少。因此本文選擇研究郵輪航線優(yōu)化作為研究方向,以填補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者在此研究領(lǐng)域的空白,也希望此文章能對(duì)上海郵輪母港實(shí)際的運(yùn)營(yíng)產(chǎn)生一定參考價(jià)值。本文以上海郵輪母港航線為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外郵輪航線分布和分析郵輪游客的需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)出郵輪航線優(yōu)化要素重視度分析模型,通過(guò)EXCEL和SPSS軟件分析問(wèn)卷所得數(shù)據(jù)。得出郵輪航線優(yōu)化的重要要素中,“旅游景觀優(yōu)美”、“環(huán)境氛圍舒適、良好”和“口碑很好的品牌”是郵輪游客統(tǒng)一認(rèn)為比較重要的共同因素,普遍是重視度較高的具體要素,對(duì)于上海郵輪母港航線優(yōu)化具有很重要的參考因素,為上海郵輪母港航線優(yōu)化研究提供參考。全文共分為七個(gè)部分第一部分是緒論部分。具體包括研究背景,選題意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外郵輪航線研究現(xiàn)狀和本文研究?jī)?nèi)容與難點(diǎn)。第二部分為郵輪運(yùn)營(yíng)航線概述。分別介紹了郵輪航線定義與分類,郵輪航線掛靠形式,郵輪航線的運(yùn)營(yíng)方式和郵輪航線發(fā)展趨勢(shì)分析。第三部分為全球郵輪航線市場(chǎng)供給現(xiàn)狀。具體分析國(guó)內(nèi)外郵輪航線市場(chǎng)供給現(xiàn)狀,以及主要郵輪公司市場(chǎng)定位與航線供給狀況。第四部分為郵輪航線影響因素分析,具體分析了郵輪游客需求、郵輪母港的建設(shè)、旅游目的地競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和郵輪公司在中國(guó)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略四個(gè)重要影響因素。第五部分為郵輪游客對(duì)上海母港航線的需求調(diào)研與優(yōu)化模型分析。對(duì)上海郵輪母港的消費(fèi)者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談,通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法對(duì)郵輪航線各個(gè)要素進(jìn)行全面地分析,并構(gòu)建郵輪航線優(yōu)化要素重視度分析模型。第六部分為上海郵輪母港航線優(yōu)化分析。并對(duì)上海郵輪母港航線發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和航線的優(yōu)化提出建議。第七部分為研究和結(jié)論前景展望。
[Abstract]:At present, there are still unstable factors in global economic growth, but the world tourism industry is developing relatively rapidly. Cruise tourism is the sunrise branch of tourism, and the whole cruise industry is developing day by day. At home, Shanghai International Cruise Port is the largest international cruise ship home port, and it is also the first cruise port in China to link up with international luxury cruise. Since 21th century, the number of international cruise ships in Shanghai cruise port has been increasing year by year. The tonnage of the cruise lines is getting larger and larger, and the brands are gradually becoming richer. But compared with the famous cruise ports abroad, the route of the Shanghai cruise home port is still relatively simple, and the planning is not perfect enough. There is still a lot of room for optimization. At present, there is little research on cruise tourism at home and abroad, and the research on cruise route optimization is even rarer. Therefore, this paper chooses the study of cruise route optimization as the research direction. In order to fill the gap of domestic scholars in this research field, and hope this article can produce certain reference value to the actual operation of Shanghai cruise ship home port, this paper takes the route of Shanghai cruise home port as the research object. By drawing lessons from the distribution of cruise lines at home and abroad and analyzing the needs of cruise tourists, a model for analyzing the importance attached to the optimization elements of cruise routes is designed. Through the analysis of questionnaire data by EXCEL and SPSS software, it is concluded that among the important elements of cruise route optimization, "beautiful tourist landscape", "comfortable environment, good brand" and "good reputation" are the common factors that cruise tourists think are more important. Generally speaking, it is a specific factor with a high degree of attention, which is an important reference factor for the route optimization of the Shanghai cruise ship home port. The paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction part, including the research background, the significance of the topic, The second part is an overview of the cruise lines. The definition and classification of cruise lines, the form of cruise routes, the form of cruise routes, are introduced respectively. The third part is the present situation of the global cruise line market supply, the specific analysis of the domestic and foreign cruise line market supply situation, As well as the market positioning and route supply situation of major cruise companies. Part 4th is an analysis of the factors affecting cruise routes, including the demand for cruise tourists and the construction of the cruise home port. The competitiveness of tourist destination and the development strategy of cruise company in China are four important factors. 5th part is the investigation and optimization model of cruise tourists' demand for the route of Shanghai's home port. Conducting questionnaires and interviews, By means of statistical analysis, the factors of cruise routes are comprehensively analyzed. This paper also constructs a model for the analysis of the importance of the factors of cruise route optimization. Part 6th is the optimization analysis of the route of Shanghai cruise ship home port, and the suggestions for the development trend and route optimization of the route of Shanghai cruise line are put forward. Part 7th is the prospect of the research and conclusion.
