【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、旅游業(yè)的興盛以及航空管制的放寬，低成本航空在亞太地區(qū)的成長(zhǎng)十分迅速。中國(guó)航空運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)作為世界上最活躍的新興市場(chǎng)之一，，對(duì)低成本航空公司亞航來(lái)說(shuō)擁有巨大的商業(yè)價(jià)值。通過(guò)在珠三角地區(qū)開(kāi)設(shè)航線(xiàn)積累了豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)，亞航又將目光投向武漢，計(jì)劃開(kāi)通武漢—曼谷航線(xiàn)，進(jìn)一步開(kāi)拓在中國(guó)中西部的客源市場(chǎng)。 本商業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)以亞航武漢—曼谷航線(xiàn)項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象，運(yùn)用PEST模型和波特五力模型對(duì)宏觀(guān)環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析。通過(guò)對(duì)亞航自身戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、運(yùn)營(yíng)特點(diǎn)的分析，結(jié)合內(nèi)外部環(huán)境，綜合考量項(xiàng)目的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)及所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和挑戰(zhàn)。在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上，本商業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)對(duì)目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略組合進(jìn)行了選擇，并對(duì)項(xiàng)目未來(lái)的運(yùn)營(yíng)情況進(jìn)行了預(yù)估。通過(guò)關(guān)鍵性財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)的分析以及敏感性分析，證明項(xiàng)目有較強(qiáng)的盈利能力。通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目對(duì)各類(lèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理策略的分析，證明其有較強(qiáng)的規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力。由此得出項(xiàng)目可行的結(jié)論。 本商業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)的撰寫(xiě)目的是梳理在MBA學(xué)習(xí)中學(xué)到的各種理論知識(shí)，將其融會(huì)貫通，以提升分析和解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力，同時(shí)也希望為企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the prosperity of tourism and the relaxation of aviation control, low-cost airlines are growing rapidly in the Asia-Pacific region. China's air transport market is one of the most active emerging markets in the world. AirAsia, a low-cost airline, has enormous commercial value. Having accumulated rich experience in opening routes in the Pearl River Delta region, AirAsia has turned its attention to Wuhan and plans to open the Wuhan-Bangkok route. We will further develop the tourist market in the central and western regions of China. This business plan takes the Wuhan-Bangkok airline project of AirAsia as the research object, and analyzes the macro environment and industry environment by using PEST model and Porter five force model. Based on the above analysis, this business plan chooses the target market and marketing strategy combination, considering the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the project. Through the analysis of key financial indicators and sensitivity analysis, it is proved that the project has strong profitability. To prove that it has a strong risk-aversion ability, and draw the conclusion that the project is feasible. The purpose of this business plan is to comb all kinds of theoretical knowledge learned in MBA learning, to improve the ability of analyzing and solving practical problems, and to provide some reference for the operation of enterprises.
