【摘要】：隨著中原經濟區(qū)建設步伐的加快,河南省道路交通步入良性發(fā)展階段,為河南省經濟發(fā)展奠定了堅實的基礎�！秶鴦赵宏P于支持河南省加快建設中原經濟區(qū)的指導意見》明確提出了中原經濟區(qū)的重要戰(zhàn)略定位：“全國區(qū)域協(xié)調發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略支點和重要的現(xiàn)代綜合交通樞紐”。河南的高速公路，亙貫中原，縱橫交錯，5000多公里通車里程全國第一；覆蓋全省，四通八達，近25萬公里公路通車總里程全國第二；安全便利，遍布鄉(xiāng)野，，農村公路22萬公里通車里程全國領先。當前，中原經濟區(qū)的交通運輸行業(yè)正處在大建設、大發(fā)展的關鍵時期，大力實施“人才強交”戰(zhàn)略，培養(yǎng)人才、集聚人才、造就人才，滿足交通運輸事業(yè)發(fā)展對各類人才的需要，是抓住重要戰(zhàn)略機遇期，促進交通運輸事業(yè)科學發(fā)展的必然要求，是從容應對日趨激烈的國際競爭，發(fā)展現(xiàn)代交通運輸業(yè)的必然要求，是當前和今后一個時期交通運輸人才工作的緊迫任務。 河南省構建現(xiàn)代化的綜合交通運輸體系和“數(shù)字交通”離不開交通運輸人才的支持，本論文主要研究中原經濟區(qū)新形勢下河南省交通運輸人才預測，通過灰色系統(tǒng)理論的關聯(lián)度分析，對河南省的交通運輸人才發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行分析，得出影響交通運輸人才發(fā)展的相關因素，建立了多元線性回歸預測模型、基于灰色理論的交通人才需求預測模型和最優(yōu)加權組合交通人才需求預測模型，對交通運輸未來五年的交通人才需求量進行科學的預測，為相關部門制定人才發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供了科學依據，并根據預測結果對交通人才發(fā)展提出了建設性的意見。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone, road traffic in Henan Province has entered a benign stage of development. It has laid a solid foundation for the economic development of Henan Province. "the State Council's guiding opinion on supporting Henan Province in speeding up the Construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone" clearly puts forward the important strategic orientation of the Central Plains Economic Zone: "the war of coordinated regional development throughout the country" A few fulcrum points and an important modern integrated transportation hub ". Henan Expressway, Across the Central Plains, the mileage of more than 5, 000 kilometers crisscrossed across the country is the first in the country; it covers the whole province, reaching in all directions, and the total mileage of nearly 250,000 kilometers of highways is the second in the country. At present, the transportation industry in the Central Plains Economic Zone is in a critical period of great construction and development. We should vigorously implement the strategy of "strengthening the exchange of talents," train and gather talents, and bring up talents. To meet the needs of all kinds of talents for the development of transportation industry is the inevitable requirement for seizing the important strategic opportunity period and promoting the scientific development of the transportation industry. It is also a leisurely response to the increasingly fierce international competition. It is an urgent task to develop modern transportation industry. The construction of modern comprehensive transportation system and "digital transportation" in Henan Province can not be separated from the support of transportation talents. This paper mainly studies the prediction of transportation talents in Henan Province under the new situation of Central Plains Economic Zone. Through the correlation analysis of grey system theory, this paper analyzes the present situation of transportation talents development in Henan Province, obtains the relevant factors that affect the development of transportation talents, and establishes a multivariate linear regression prediction model. Based on the grey theory, the traffic talent demand forecasting model and the optimal weighted combination traffic talent demand forecasting model are used to forecast the traffic talent demand in the next five years. It provides a scientific basis for the relevant departments to formulate the talent development plan, and puts forward constructive suggestions for the development of transportation talents according to the forecast results.
