【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的全球一體化發(fā)展,特別是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)在經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)中的廣泛應(yīng)用,航空物流業(yè)地位逐漸引起人們的廣泛關(guān)注,憑借著安全、快捷和方便的屬性在物流運(yùn)輸、供應(yīng)鏈中的作用越來(lái)越受到人們的重視,航空物流在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)中具有巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?本文從物流理論和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略基本理論著手，以波特市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略理論為基礎(chǔ)，通過(guò)企業(yè)實(shí)踐調(diào)研，對(duì)天津中遠(yuǎn)進(jìn)行外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境分析，描繪了天津中遠(yuǎn)的航空物流業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。主要包括下面內(nèi)容:研究背景、研究意義、研究思路和方法、論文內(nèi)容及框架。運(yùn)用PEST分析方法，分別對(duì)天津中遠(yuǎn)公司所處的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、政治環(huán)境、技術(shù)環(huán)境、以及法律環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析。然后運(yùn)用了五力模型對(duì)航空物流的行業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析，分別闡述了影響天津中遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的五種力量，，并對(duì)天津中遠(yuǎn)公司進(jìn)行了內(nèi)部環(huán)境和經(jīng)營(yíng)能力的分析。應(yīng)用了SWOT分析的方法，對(duì)天津中遠(yuǎn)公司目前的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)，面臨的機(jī)會(huì)和受到的威脅進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析，如何以中遠(yuǎn)集團(tuán)為依托，制定出適合天津中遠(yuǎn)公司的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略以及實(shí)施的途徑。最后論文總結(jié)了主要研究結(jié)論及企業(yè)今后要改進(jìn)的內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:With the development of global integration of economic activities, especially the wide application of Internet information technology in economic activities, the status of aviation logistics industry gradually aroused widespread concern, relying on the safe, fast and convenient attributes in logistics transportation. People pay more and more attention to the role of supply chain, and aviation logistics has great development potential in our economy. Based on the theory of logistics and the basic theory of enterprise strategy, and based on Porter's theory of market competition strategy, this paper analyzes the external environment, internal environment and industrial environment of Tianjin Cosco through practical investigation. This paper describes the development strategy of Tianjin Cosco's aviation logistics business. It mainly includes the following contents: research background, research significance, research ideas and methods, content and framework of the paper. The economic environment, political environment, technological environment and legal environment of Tianjin Cosco Company are analyzed respectively. Then the industry environment of aviation logistics is analyzed by using the five-force model. This paper expounds five kinds of forces that influence the development of Tianjin Cosco, and analyzes the internal environment and management ability of Tianjin Cosco Company. The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Tianjin Cosco Company at present. The opportunities and threats faced are analyzed in detail, and how to rely on COSCO Group, Finally, the paper summarizes the main research conclusions and the contents to be improved in the future.
