交通行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展測評及對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著社會信息化在全球范圍內(nèi)的快速發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)都在向信息化邁進(jìn),信息化已成為行業(yè)振興的推動力量,成為衡量一個行業(yè)綜合實(shí)力的重要因素。交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)(以下簡稱交通行業(yè))是現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用最廣泛的領(lǐng)域之一。從世界交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律看,信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用程度深刻影響著交通運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程,信息化是現(xiàn)代交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)發(fā)展的重要標(biāo)志。對于我國交通行業(yè)來說,特別是在“十一五”公路水路交通運(yùn)輸最快速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,交通運(yùn)輸信息化技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展,行業(yè)自身信息化水平日益提高,同時(shí)對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的支撐作用凸顯,那么此時(shí)如何科學(xué)全面的評價(jià)交通行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)及其對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)就成為一個迫切需要研究的問題。 本文以系統(tǒng)論、協(xié)同論的思想為指導(dǎo),在全面系統(tǒng)的前提下,力求真實(shí)科學(xué)的建立交通行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展測評指標(biāo)體系;以諾蘭信息化發(fā)展階段模型為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合模糊評價(jià)理論、層次分析理論,對中國交通行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行了深入地研究,在綜合考慮國內(nèi)外信息化測評體系與方法后,提出了適合中國交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展的測評體系,解決了在我國交通行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展過程中對于信息化發(fā)展水平的測度問題,并將其應(yīng)用于我國各地區(qū)、各部門的交通行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)之中,同時(shí),以信息化有界論和外溢經(jīng)濟(jì)理論為指導(dǎo),運(yùn)用格蘭杰因檢驗(yàn)、索洛生產(chǎn)函數(shù)等方法檢驗(yàn)了交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的因果關(guān)系,建立了交通行業(yè)信息化對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率測度模型,對我國“九五”至“十一五”期間交通行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)對于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,并取得了與實(shí)際相符合的結(jié)論。論文的研究彌補(bǔ)了國內(nèi)對于交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展水平研究的空白,為交通行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)評價(jià)提供了一種思路,同時(shí)也為其它行業(yè)或相關(guān)信息化建設(shè)所借鑒。 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容體現(xiàn)在如下幾個方面: (1)對國內(nèi)外交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié),從系統(tǒng)的觀點(diǎn)出發(fā),對我國“九五”至“十二五”期間交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析。 (2)對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于信息發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、交通運(yùn)輸發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系研究作出了深入的分析,并進(jìn)行總結(jié)。 (3)對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于信息化發(fā)展測評的指標(biāo)體系與方法進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析與總結(jié),并提出如何選擇適合中國交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展測評指標(biāo)的方法與思路。 (4)提出了中國交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展評價(jià)模型,對我國交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了測評并給出結(jié)論。 (5)對基于索洛余值法的生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型進(jìn)行了研究,提出了中國交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率模型,對模型結(jié)構(gòu)中輸入數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合,并最終測算出“九五”至“十一五”期間中國交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率。 (6)對影響中國交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)率的因素進(jìn)行了分析,在中國交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展水平測度及其對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)率研究的基礎(chǔ)上,得出影響中國交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)率的因素。 (7)在本文的實(shí)證研究基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合對于影響中國交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化貢獻(xiàn)率的因素分析,提出提高中國交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展水平,改善交通行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長貢獻(xiàn)率的對策建議,結(jié)合定量研究與定性分析,使得對策建議更為準(zhǔn)確,更具有說服力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information society in the world, in all walks of life to the informationization, informationization has become the driving force of the revitalization of industry, become an important factor to measure the comprehensive strength of the industry. The transportation industry (hereinafter referred to as the transportation industry) is one of the most widely used modern information technology field. From the general law of the development of the world transportation transport, the extent of application of information technology has influenced the process of modern transportation, information technology is an important symbol of the development of modern transportation. The transportation industry in China, especially in the transportation of highway and waterway transportation in 11th Five-Year "the period of rapid development, the rapid development of transportation information technology industry, its informatization level is at the same time, supporting the role of economic growth is highlighted, then how to evaluate the comprehensive traffic information science Construction and its contribution to economic growth have become an urgent problem to be studied.
Based on the system theory, coordination theory as the guiding ideology, in the premise of comprehensive system, and strive to establish a scientific evaluation index system of the real traffic information development stage with the information industry; Nolan model as the basis, combined with the theory of fuzzy evaluation, analytic hierarchy process, the China transportation industry informatization level is studied, in the considering the domestic and foreign information evaluation system and method, put forward the evaluation system for the information development of Chinese transportation industry to solve the problem, to measure the level of informatization development in the process of informatization development of transportation industry in China, and its application in every area of our country, informatization construction departments of transportation industry, at the same time with information, bounded spillover theory and economic theory as a guide, using the Glenn Jain test, Solow production function and other methods to test the transportation line The causal relationship between industry development and economic growth, the paper establishes measurement model of traffic information industry contribution to economic growth in China, "95" to "11th Five-Year" during the transportation industry informatization construction for economic growth in the contribution rate for the empirical research, and obtained the conclusion accord with the actual situation. The paper make up the study on the development level of information gaps in the transportation industry for the development of information technology, transportation industry contribution to the evaluation of economic growth provides a kind of thought, but also for other industries or related information construction for reference.
The main contents of this paper are reflected in the following aspects:
(1) summarize the current situation of information construction in transportation industry at home and abroad. From a systematic viewpoint, we systematically analyze the informatization construction of transportation industry in China from 95 to 12th Five-Year.
(2) an in-depth analysis of the relationship between the development of information and economic growth, the development of transportation and economic growth at home and abroad is made and a summary is made.
(3) systematically analyze and summarize the index system and method of information development evaluation at home and abroad, and put forward how to choose the method and train of thought that is suitable for China's transportation industry informatization development evaluation index.
(4) the evaluation model of the information development of China's transportation industry is put forward, and the present situation of the information development of the transportation industry in China is evaluated and the conclusion is given.
(5) the production function model based on the Solow residual method was studied. The model is put forward China transportation industry informatization contribution to economic growth, to fit the data input in the model structure, and the final measurement China transportation industry informatization contribution to the economic growth rate calculated "95" to "11th Five-Year" period.
(6) the influence factors on Chinese transportation industry informatization on the contribution rate of economic growth is analyzed, based on the measurement of informatization level China transportation industry and its contribution to economic growth on the influencing factors of China transportation industry informatization on the contribution rate of economic growth.
(7) on the basis of empirical study, combined with the analysis of the influencing factors of Chinese transportation industry informatization contribution rate, improve the China transportation industry informatization level, suggestions to improve informatization development of transportation industry's contribution rate to economic growth, combined with the quantitative and qualitative analysis, make the suggestions more accurate, more convincing.
