【摘要】：空港經(jīng)濟(jì)是具有新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代高科技化的新型經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài),已成為引領(lǐng)當(dāng)今及未來經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的高地。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的加快,以現(xiàn)代化國際大型樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)為核心的空港經(jīng)濟(jì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將取代傳統(tǒng)的以公路、鐵路為中心組織經(jīng)濟(jì)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)方式�，F(xiàn)階段,世界許多國家和地區(qū)都把空港經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)作為重點(diǎn)。2004年8月,中國三大樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)之一的廣州白云國際機(jī)場(chǎng)正式啟用,在其周邊空港經(jīng)濟(jì)逐漸成形并進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,成為廣東省、廣州市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要組成部分。 本論文以海關(guān)在廣州空港經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中的作用為研究對(duì)象,采用對(duì)策研究的體例,詳細(xì)介紹了廣州空港經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、存在問題,面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),借鑒國際上成熟空經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè)和發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、國內(nèi)其它地區(qū)海關(guān)在推動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)乜崭劢?jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中所采取的主要措施、以及有關(guān)學(xué)者的研究成果,探討海關(guān)在廣州空港經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中的定位及作用,對(duì)海關(guān)創(chuàng)新監(jiān)管理念、創(chuàng)新監(jiān)管模式、手段和方法來加快推進(jìn)廣州空港經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)提出對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Airport economy is a new economic form with high technology in the new economic era. It has become the highland of economic development at present and in the future. With the acceleration of economic globalization and regional economic integration, The competition of the airport economy with the modern international airport as the core will replace the traditional competition mode of organizing the economy with roads and railways as the center. At the present stage, In August 2004, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, one of the three major hub airports in China, officially opened, gradually forming and entering a period of rapid development in the surrounding airport economy. Become Guangdong Province, Guangzhou City economic development of an important component. Taking the role of customs in the economic construction of Guangzhou Airport as the research object, this paper introduces in detail the present situation, existing problems, opportunities and challenges of the economic construction of Guangzhou Airport by adopting the method of countermeasure research. Drawing lessons from the experience of the construction and development of the international mature air economic zones, the main measures taken by the customs of other domestic regions in promoting the economic construction of the local air ports, as well as the research results of the relevant scholars, This paper probes into the orientation and function of customs in the economic construction of Guangzhou Airport, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the economic construction of Guangzhou Airport.
