【摘要】：如何獲取下屬的信任和忠誠(chéng)是任何企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)都非常關(guān)注的問(wèn)題,國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的研究普遍發(fā)現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格對(duì)下屬的忠誠(chéng)具有很大的影響力,但是目前國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格與員工組織忠誠(chéng)間的作用機(jī)制研究甚少。文章通過(guò)路徑分析統(tǒng)計(jì)方法研究某機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán)公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格、文化氛圍與組織忠誠(chéng)變量之間的關(guān)系,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格對(duì)文化氛圍具有顯著的正向影響,文化氛圍對(duì)組織忠誠(chéng)具有顯著的正向影響,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)風(fēng)格部分通過(guò)文化氛圍對(duì)組織忠誠(chéng)產(chǎn)生影響,并且間接影響大于直接影響。
[Abstract]:How to gain the trust and loyalty of subordinates is a problem that any enterprise leaders pay close attention to. It is generally found that leadership style has great influence on loyalty of subordinates. However, there is little research on the mechanism between leadership style and organizational loyalty in China. This paper studies the relationship between leadership style, cultural atmosphere and organizational loyalty variables of an airport group through path analysis. The results show that leadership style has significant positive influence on cultural atmosphere, cultural atmosphere has significant positive influence on organizational loyalty, and leadership style partly affects organizational loyalty through cultural atmosphere. And the indirect effect is greater than the direct effect.
