【摘要】：機(jī)場(chǎng)作為當(dāng)代城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的重要組成部分,各國(guó)政府也越來(lái)越關(guān)注機(jī)場(chǎng)在促進(jìn)城市空港經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,完善城市交通運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò),打造城市名片等方面的所發(fā)揮的重要作用。然而,事實(shí)證明,單純依靠政府關(guān)注和支持,還不能使一個(gè)機(jī)場(chǎng)獲得可持續(xù)發(fā)展的能力。除政府支持外,機(jī)場(chǎng)自身發(fā)展顯得尤為重要。特別是,機(jī)場(chǎng)如何制定和選擇發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,將決定機(jī)場(chǎng)在未來(lái)的市場(chǎng)定位,以及將要打造何種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)才能促進(jìn)機(jī)場(chǎng)的發(fā)展壯大。本文以南寧吳圩國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)公司為研究對(duì)象,在分析南寧吳圩國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)公司面臨的行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)、社會(huì)以及行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等外部環(huán)境之后,進(jìn)而分析南寧吳圩國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)公司的內(nèi)部資源環(huán)境,并運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法綜合考慮南寧吳圩國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)公司所處在的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)以及機(jī)遇和威脅狀況,提煉出南寧吳圩國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)公司實(shí)際的總體戰(zhàn)略：概括起來(lái)說(shuō)就是,“1231”總體戰(zhàn)略,一個(gè)契機(jī),兩個(gè)加快,三個(gè)力爭(zhēng),一個(gè)目標(biāo)：緊緊抓住北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)和西部大開發(fā)深入開發(fā)的戰(zhàn)略契機(jī),加快推進(jìn)空軍機(jī)場(chǎng)搬遷,實(shí)施軍民航機(jī)場(chǎng)完全分離,加快提升企業(yè)安全管理和服務(wù)質(zhì)量能力,力爭(zhēng)做到客貨運(yùn)輸?shù)群娇罩鳂I(yè)要板塊化經(jīng)營(yíng),力爭(zhēng)做到旅游、廣告等延伸性非航產(chǎn)業(yè)要多元化拓展,力爭(zhēng)做到臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)要規(guī)�；ㄔO(shè),使之成為提升發(fā)展?jié)撃艿男略鲩L(zhǎng)極,成為在中西部地區(qū)具有較大競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和影響力的機(jī)場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商、投資商和現(xiàn)代化國(guó)際復(fù)合型航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)。最后,本文為南寧吳圩國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)公司有效執(zhí)行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,分別從政策支持、新航站區(qū)建設(shè)、營(yíng)銷創(chuàng)新、臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)園區(qū)規(guī)劃、人力資源管理、機(jī)場(chǎng)服務(wù)、戰(zhàn)略落地等方面提出保障措施,確保發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的有效落實(shí)和推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the construction of modern urban infrastructure, the governments of various countries are paying more and more attention to the airport in promoting the economic development of urban air ports and perfecting the urban transportation network. The important role played by making city cards and so on. However, it has been proved that relying on the attention and support of the government alone can not give an airport the ability to achieve sustainable development. The development of the airport itself is particularly important. In particular, how the airport formulates and chooses its development strategy will determine the market positioning of the airport in the future. And what kind of competitive advantage will be built to promote the development of the airport. This paper takes the Nanning Wuwei International Airport Company as the research object, and analyzes the industry development trend, politics, economy and technology faced by Nanning Wuwei International Airport Company. After the external environment, such as social and industry competition, the internal resource environment of Nanning Wuwei International Airport Company is analyzed, and the advantages of the internal and external environment of Nanning Wuwei International Airport Company are comprehensively considered by using SWOT analysis method. Inferiority, opportunities and threats, to refine the actual overall strategy of Nanning Wuwei International Airport Company: to sum up, it is, "1231" overall strategy, one opportunity, two speeding up, three striving, One objective: seize the strategic opportunity of the deep development of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the western region, speed up the relocation of the air force airport, implement the complete separation of the military civil aviation airport, and accelerate the upgrading of enterprise safety management and service quality capabilities. Strive to achieve passenger and cargo transport and other aviation main industries to plate management, strive to achieve tourism, advertising and other extension of non-aviation industries to diversify and expand, strive to achieve the aerial economy industry to scale construction, so as to become a new growth pole to enhance the development potential, It has become a competitive and influential airport operator, investor and modern international complex air transport enterprise in the central and western regions. Finally, this paper effectively implements the development strategy for Nanning Wuwei International Airport Company. From the aspects of policy support, new terminal construction, marketing innovation, airport economic park planning, human resource management, airport service, strategic landing and so on, this paper puts forward the safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation and promotion of the development strategy.
