【摘要】：進入新世紀(jì)以來,港口企業(yè)發(fā)展不但體現(xiàn)在吞吐量、規(guī)模能力上,更體現(xiàn)在國際化、可持續(xù)以及對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的引領(lǐng)帶動上。港城互動、互為依托在天津港發(fā)展史上一直起著重要作用。隨著濱海新區(qū)升級為國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,作為濱海新區(qū)的重要功能區(qū),天津港乃至一公司迎來了重要的戰(zhàn)略機遇期,同時也是戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型期,港口要為城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展服務(wù)。老碼頭公司作為天津港的重要組成部分,歷史上為天津港發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻。如何通過總結(jié)天津港發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外當(dāng)前港口企業(yè)的發(fā)展環(huán)境、發(fā)展布局、發(fā)展模式,做好老碼頭升級轉(zhuǎn)型,是老碼頭發(fā)展的必由之路,也對提高傳統(tǒng)件雜貨碼頭企業(yè)國際競爭力有著現(xiàn)實的意義。 本文以天津港一公司為例,從港口的自身特點、市場環(huán)境、同行競爭、腹地條件及濱海新區(qū)開發(fā)開放等等特質(zhì),剖析港口發(fā)展定位和功能拓展策略,以便找準(zhǔn)企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的準(zhǔn)確定位,使企業(yè)在國際經(jīng)濟背景下積蓄力量,乘勢而上。本文主要對企業(yè)功能拓展的經(jīng)營背景以及動因進行分析,對件雜貨碼頭發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、資源配置、人員構(gòu)成、內(nèi)外部發(fā)展環(huán)境及現(xiàn)有功能在客戶中的認(rèn)可度等進行了詳細(xì)分析,并借鑒和參考國、內(nèi)外件雜貨碼頭發(fā)展成功經(jīng)驗,對傳統(tǒng)件雜貨碼頭開展功能拓展進行了分析,提出功能拓展方案、基本途徑及具體措施和建議。 本文通過以天津港一公司這樣一個傳統(tǒng)件雜貨碼頭自身發(fā)展為事例,查找傳統(tǒng)件雜貨碼頭的發(fā)展中存在的問題,旨在通過服務(wù)功能的完善和經(jīng)營領(lǐng)域的拓展,并借助國內(nèi)外件雜貨碼頭成功發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,進一步挖掘傳統(tǒng)碼頭發(fā)展的潛力和增強效益的途徑,提升對外服務(wù)水平的同時,扭轉(zhuǎn)傳統(tǒng)件雜貨碼頭經(jīng)營劣勢,促進傳統(tǒng)碼頭的功能拓展、轉(zhuǎn)型和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, the port enterprise development not only embodies in the throughput, the scale ability, but also manifests in the internationalization, the sustainable and the leading drive to the regional economic development. Binhai New area has been playing an important role in the history of the development of Tianjin Port. With the upgrading of Binhai New area into the national development strategy, as an important functional area of Binhai New area, Tianjin Port and even a company has ushered in an important strategic opportunity period. At the same time, it is also a strategic transition period, the port should serve for the urban economic development. The old wharf company is an important part of Tianjin Port. History has made an important contribution to the development of Tianjin Port. Through summing up the experience of Tianjin Port development, combined with the current development environment of domestic and foreign port enterprises, development layout, development model, to do a good job in upgrading and transformation of the old wharf. It is the only way for the development of the old wharf, and also has practical significance to improve the international competitiveness of the traditional cargo wharf enterprises. Taking Tianjin Port Company as an example, this paper analyzes the port development orientation and function expansion strategy from the port's own characteristics, market environment, peer competition, hinterland conditions and the development and opening of coastal new area. In order to find the accurate positioning of the enterprise development strategy, so that the enterprise in the international economic background to accumulate strength, take advantage of the situation. This paper mainly analyzes the business background and motivation of the expansion of enterprise functions. The status quo, resource allocation, personnel composition, internal and external development environment and the recognition of existing functions in customers are analyzed in detail, and the reference country is used for reference. In this paper, the successful development experience of the internal and external grocery wharf is analyzed. The function expansion of the traditional grocery wharf is analyzed, and the scheme, basic ways, concrete measures and suggestions are put forward. This paper takes the development of the traditional grocery wharf of Tianjin Port as an example to find out the problems existing in the development of the traditional grocery wharf in order to improve the service function and expand the business field. With the help of the successful development experience of the domestic and foreign grocery wharf, the paper further excavates the development potential of the traditional wharf and the ways to enhance the efficiency, while improving the external service level, reversing the disadvantages of the traditional grocery wharf management. Promote the function expansion, transformation and sustainable development of traditional wharf.
