【摘要】：以系統(tǒng)的思想作為指導(dǎo),以國(guó)際貨代集裝箱海運(yùn)出口過(guò)程活動(dòng)控制作為主要研究對(duì)象,分析國(guó)際貨代企業(yè)與托運(yùn)人、船代公司以及海外合作代理之間的協(xié)調(diào)性問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)際貨代集裝箱海運(yùn)出口流程進(jìn)行深度研究與分析,應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的方法,構(gòu)建了國(guó)際貨代企業(yè)集裝箱海運(yùn)出口系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)的模型。 首先對(duì)國(guó)際貨代企業(yè)集裝箱海運(yùn)出口系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行界定與分析,并且對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)中主體之間的相互因果關(guān)系進(jìn)行了挖掘與探討。然后通過(guò)系統(tǒng)特性劃分了子系統(tǒng),并且應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)描述。最后通過(guò)某國(guó)際貨代企業(yè)作為實(shí)際案例分析并利用實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行模擬仿真,并且得出企業(yè)集裝箱海運(yùn)出口活動(dòng)協(xié)調(diào)的措施與建議。 文章的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于利用系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的方法分析與探討國(guó)際貨代企業(yè)集裝箱海運(yùn)出口系統(tǒng)中時(shí)間延遲情況、需求預(yù)測(cè)以及服務(wù)滿足、成本控制等問(wèn)題,通過(guò)建立模型以及模擬仿真,優(yōu)化國(guó)際貨代企業(yè)操作流程,找出了杠桿變量,為降低成本、提高效率、提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量提出決策性建議。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of systematic thinking and the control of international freight forwarder's export process of container shipping, this paper analyzes the international freight forwarding enterprises and shippers. Through the in-depth research and analysis of the international freight forwarder container shipping export process, the method of system dynamics is applied. The coordination model of container shipping export system of international freight forwarding enterprises is constructed. Firstly, the paper defines and analyzes the container shipping export system of international freight forwarding enterprises, and excavates and discusses the causality between the main bodies in the whole system, and then divides the subsystems through the system characteristics. And the system dynamics model is used to describe the whole system. Finally, an international freight forwarding enterprise is used as an actual case to analyze and use the actual data to simulate and simulate. And the measures and suggestions for coordination of container shipping export activities of enterprises are obtained. The innovation of this paper lies in the analysis and discussion of time delay, demand forecast, service satisfaction, cost control and so on in the container shipping export system of international freight forwarding enterprises by using the method of system dynamics. Through modeling and simulation, the operation process of international freight forwarding enterprises is optimized, and the lever variables are found out. The decision suggestions are put forward to reduce cost, improve efficiency and improve service quality.
