【摘要】：水權交易是提高水資源配置效率和利用效率的有效途徑,但交易過程中第三方效應的存在是對水權市場的嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。在研讀大量國內(nèi)外文獻研究的基礎上,探討水權交易第三方效應的內(nèi)涵,并嘗試從作用主體、時間跨度、作用機理、波及領域等不同角度對水權交易第三方效應進行分類,揭示水權交易第三方效應的豐富外延,最后分析水權交易第三方效應產(chǎn)生的原因。
[Abstract]:Water rights trading is an effective way to improve the efficiency of water resources allocation and utilization, but the existence of third-party effect in the process of trading is a severe challenge to the water rights market. On the basis of studying a large number of domestic and foreign literature, this paper probes into the connotation of the third party effect of water right transaction, and tries to classify the third party effect of water right transaction from different angles, such as the main body of action, the time span, the action mechanism and the spread field, so as to reveal the rich extension of the third party effect of water right transaction, and finally analyzes the causes of the third party effect of water right transaction.
