【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)價(jià)格理論是現(xiàn)代制度經(jīng)濟(jì)分析的基礎(chǔ),前者為后者提供基本概念,后者在前者基礎(chǔ)上把交易費(fèi)用引入數(shù)學(xué)模型當(dāng)中。當(dāng)基本概念和數(shù)學(xué)模型存在矛盾而需要進(jìn)行取舍時(shí),基本概念要比模型的形式化處理重要得多。案例分析與計(jì)量檢驗(yàn)是走實(shí)證主義路線的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家解釋世事的兩種主要手段,現(xiàn)代制度經(jīng)濟(jì)分析應(yīng)該把兩者有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來(lái),并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)用來(lái)解釋經(jīng)濟(jì)行為的理論假說(shuō)進(jìn)行一般化處理�，F(xiàn)代制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家的主要任務(wù)是從經(jīng)驗(yàn)事實(shí)中提出可反駁的科學(xué)命題,運(yùn)用基本概念與數(shù)學(xué)模型解釋經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象背后的邏輯關(guān)系,從而逐漸推進(jìn)到理論高度,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與理論的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:The traditional price theory is the basis of modern institutional economic analysis, the former provides the basic concept for the latter, and the latter introduces the transaction cost into the mathematical model on the basis of the former. When there is a contradiction between the basic concept and the mathematical model, the basic concept is much more important than the formalization of the model. Case analysis and econometric testing are the two main means for economists who follow the positivism line to explain the world. Modern institutional and economic analysis should combine them organically. On this basis, the theoretical hypothesis used to explain economic behavior is generalized. The main task of modern institutional economists is to put forward a rebuttable scientific proposition from the empirical facts, and to explain the logical relationship behind economic phenomena by using basic concepts and mathematical models, thus gradually advancing to the theoretical level. Finally, the unification of experience and theory is realized.
