【摘要】：為了驗(yàn)證人力資本及生育率這類內(nèi)生要素的變化對農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展和二元結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變的影響和作用,選取世界38個(gè)工業(yè)化中、后期國家1960年以來的面板數(shù)據(jù)作為樣本,分析了這些國家的二元結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變歷程,對人力資本、生育率和農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)和分析。分析結(jié)果顯示,無論是中等收入國家還是高收入國家,人力資本的提升和生育率的下降都能促進(jìn)二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)化,是現(xiàn)代一元經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素�；诖�,發(fā)展中國家二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換過程中政策設(shè)計(jì)的主要著眼點(diǎn),應(yīng)是促進(jìn)農(nóng)村部門人力資本積累率提高和生育率下降,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)與非農(nóng)部門之間生育率和人均人力資本水平的趨同。
[Abstract]:In order to verify the impact and effect of changes in endogenous factors such as human capital and fertility on agricultural development and dualistic structural transformation, panel data from 38 industrialized countries in the world since 1960 were selected as samples. This paper analyzes the process of dual structure transformation in these countries, and analyzes the relationship between human capital, fertility rate and agricultural development. The results show that the upgrading of human capital and the decline of fertility rate can promote the transformation of dual economic structure and are the key factors in the development of modern monolithic economy, both in middle-income countries and high-income countries. Based on this, the main focus of policy design in the process of transformation of dualistic economic structures in developing countries should be to promote higher rates of human capital accumulation and lower fertility in the rural sector. Realize the convergence of fertility rate and human capital per capita between agriculture and non-agricultural sectors.
