【摘要】：以Web of Science收錄的國(guó)外文獻(xiàn)作為數(shù)據(jù)采集的樣本,運(yùn)用分析工具CiteSpace,采用最新可視化技術(shù)與科學(xué)計(jì)量學(xué)方法,繪制知識(shí)管理與創(chuàng)新關(guān)系研究的文獻(xiàn)共被引知識(shí)圖譜和關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)與時(shí)區(qū)知識(shí)圖譜。圖譜明晰了兩者之間關(guān)系研究的脈絡(luò)軌跡進(jìn)程和演化趨勢(shì)走向。首先,創(chuàng)新理論和知識(shí)管理理論為知識(shí)管理與創(chuàng)新關(guān)系研究提供了理論支撐;其次,知識(shí)管理理論為創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域研究搭建了嶄新的切入平臺(tái);第三,企業(yè)績(jī)效和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是研究領(lǐng)域中的熱點(diǎn);最后,知識(shí)創(chuàng)新在相關(guān)研究中的作用備受關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Taking the foreign literature collected by Web of Science as the sample of data acquisition, the latest visualization technology and scientific metrology are adopted by using the analysis tool CiteSpace,. The citation knowledge map and keyword co-occurrence and time zone knowledge map of the research on the relationship between knowledge management and innovation are drawn. The map clarifies the process of choroid trajectory and the trend of evolution in the study of the relationship between the two. Firstly, innovation theory and knowledge management theory provide theoretical support for the study of the relationship between knowledge management and innovation. Third, enterprise performance and technological innovation are hot spots in the field of research; finally, the role of knowledge innovation in related research has attracted much attention.
