【摘要】：生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的建設(shè)在國內(nèi)取得了豐富的成果,已成為我國循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要載體之一。與國外不同,我國的生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)園最終將演化為生態(tài)城市,其功能也從工業(yè)生產(chǎn)功能發(fā)展為融生產(chǎn)、生活和生態(tài)為一體的復(fù)合功能。生態(tài)效率是評(píng)價(jià)一個(gè)研究對(duì)象投入產(chǎn)出效益的量化工具,將生態(tài)效率的理念融入生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)園,從園區(qū)作為區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展的載體、作為生態(tài)城市演化的一個(gè)特定階段的視角,提出了復(fù)合生態(tài)效率的概念,構(gòu)建了園區(qū)復(fù)合生態(tài)效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并以鄭州經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)為例,說明了復(fù)合生態(tài)效率指標(biāo)在產(chǎn)業(yè)園中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The construction of eco-industrial park has made a lot of achievements in China, and has become one of the important carriers of circular economy construction and sustainable development in China. Different from foreign countries, the eco-industrial park in our country will eventually evolve into an ecological city, and its function will also develop from the industrial production function to the composite function of integrating production, life and ecology. Ecological efficiency is a quantitative tool for evaluating the input-output benefit of an object of study. The concept of ecological efficiency is integrated into the eco-industrial park from the perspective of the park as the carrier of regional sustainable development and as a specific stage of the evolution of eco-city. This paper puts forward the concept of compound ecological efficiency, constructs the evaluation index system of compound ecological efficiency of the park, and illustrates the application of compound ecological efficiency index in industrial park by taking Zhengzhou Economic and technological Development Zone as an example.
