【摘要】：采用中國1995-2011年的省區(qū)面板數(shù)據(jù),本文對中國區(qū)域能源效率差異及其影響因素進行了研究,結(jié)果表明:中國區(qū)域能源效率差異呈收斂特征,其中,地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差距的縮小導(dǎo)致了地區(qū)能源效率差異的收斂,而能源消費結(jié)構(gòu)差異對能源效率差異的影響則呈現(xiàn)區(qū)域特征。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),FDI對不同區(qū)域的能源效率具有不同的影響,FDI提高了中部地區(qū)的能源效率卻降低了西部地區(qū)的能源效率,從這種意義上說,西部地區(qū)的FDI更符合"污染天堂"假說。文章的結(jié)果表明,對中西部地區(qū)而言,在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級化的同時,努力提高先進產(chǎn)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,加強RD投入的生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)化,降低能耗與污染,是縮小與發(fā)達地區(qū)能源效率差異的有效辦法。
[Abstract]:Using the provincial panel data from 1995 to 2011 in China, this paper studies the regional energy efficiency difference and its influencing factors in China. The results show that the regional energy efficiency difference in China is convergent, among which, The narrowing of regional economic development gap leads to the convergence of regional energy efficiency difference, while the influence of energy consumption structure difference on energy efficiency difference presents regional characteristics. It is found that FDI has different effects on energy efficiency in different regions. FDI improves the energy efficiency in the central region but reduces the energy efficiency in the western region. In this sense, FDI in the western region is more in line with the "pollution Paradise" hypothesis. The results show that, for the central and western regions, while the industrial structure is advanced, efforts should be made to improve the production efficiency of advanced industries, strengthen the production transformation of RD inputs, and reduce energy consumption and pollution. It is an effective way to reduce the difference between energy efficiency and developed regions.
