【摘要】：本文以經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)基本假設(shè)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),深入剖析低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)內(nèi)涵。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)只有投入約束的經(jīng)濟(jì)模式在低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代是行不通的,必須通過產(chǎn)出約束對(duì)碳排放的影響進(jìn)行控制與調(diào)節(jié)。文章在時(shí)間和空間多維度下提出建立產(chǎn)出節(jié)制型低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步演繹了關(guān)于個(gè)體理性與集體理性、公平與均衡的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理念。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic hypothesis of economics, this paper analyzes the economic connotation of low-carbon economy. It is found that the economic model with input constraints is not feasible in the era of low carbon economy, and the effects of output constraints on carbon emissions must be controlled and regulated. In this paper, the author puts forward to establish the development mode of output controlled low-carbon economy under the multi-dimension of time and space, and on this basis, further deduces the economic concept of individual rationality and collective rationality, fairness and equilibrium.
