【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)理論認為,外部性是市場失靈的一種重要表現(xiàn),導致了資源配置非帕累托最優(yōu)。內生外部性理論研究表明,外部性僅僅是合約外效應表現(xiàn),根源于產權界定模糊不清或交易費用過高;合約內總效應與合約外總效應邊際值相等時,即可實現(xiàn)資源配置帕累托最優(yōu)。將外部性作為內生要素納入簽約行為之中,是有效實現(xiàn)外部性內部化的重要前提,庇古稅僅僅是內生外部性理論分析范式中的一個特例。通過研究外部性與簽約時機、未簽約代理人數(shù)量、博弈方式、簽約信息分布的關系,可以明晰外部性內生化過程機理。通過設計分而治之策略、定價方案、Shapley值法、菜單式合約與第三方合約,可以有效實現(xiàn)外部性內生化。
[Abstract]:According to traditional theory, externality is an important manifestation of market failure, which leads to non-Pareto optimal allocation of resources. The theoretical study of endogenous externality shows that externality is only the manifestation of extracontractual effect, which originates from vague definition of property rights or high transaction costs. The Pareto optimal resource allocation can be realized when the marginal value of the total effect within the contract and the total effect outside the contract is equal. It is an important premise to bring externality into the contract behavior as an endogenous factor. Pigoux tax is only a special case in the theoretical analysis paradigm of endogenous externality. By studying the relationship between externality and signing opportunity, the number of unsigned agents, the game mode and the distribution of contract information, the mechanism of externality endogenous biochemical process can be clarified. By designing divide-and-conquer strategy, pricing scheme, Shapley value method, menu contract and third party contract, externality internalization can be realized effectively.
