【摘要】：環(huán)境規(guī)制會(huì)影響一國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)利潤(rùn),進(jìn)而影響其產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。無(wú)論是在"污染避難所假說(shuō)"還是在"波特假說(shuō)"中,環(huán)境規(guī)制對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響,都會(huì)通過(guò)影響產(chǎn)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本或者收益,進(jìn)而影響產(chǎn)業(yè)利潤(rùn)水平而發(fā)生作用。在一定的條件下,一國(guó)嚴(yán)格的環(huán)境規(guī)制能夠提升干凈類產(chǎn)業(yè)的利潤(rùn)水平,降低污染類產(chǎn)業(yè)的利潤(rùn)水平。采用3種利潤(rùn)水平的衡量指標(biāo),就環(huán)境規(guī)制等因素對(duì)中國(guó)30個(gè)工業(yè)行業(yè)1998—2008年利潤(rùn)水平的影響進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn),嚴(yán)格的環(huán)境規(guī)制能夠提升我國(guó)工業(yè)行業(yè)的利潤(rùn)水平,并且對(duì)干凈類和污染類產(chǎn)業(yè)利潤(rùn)水平的影響沒(méi)有顯著差異。我國(guó)有必要實(shí)施嚴(yán)格的環(huán)境規(guī)制政策。
[Abstract]:Environmental regulation will affect a country's industrial profits, and then affect its industrial international competitiveness. Whether in the "pollution Shelter hypothesis" or the "Porter hypothesis", the impact of environmental regulation on the international competitiveness of industry will be affected by the production cost or income of the industry, and then affect the level of industrial profits. Under certain conditions, strict environmental regulation in a country can improve the profit level of clean industry and reduce the profit level of pollution industry. By using three kinds of profit level measures, the paper analyzes the influence of environmental regulation and other factors on the profit level of 30 industrial industries in China from 1998 to 2008. It is found that strict environmental regulation can improve the profit level of China's industrial industries. And there is no significant difference in profit level between clean class and pollution industry. It is necessary to implement strict environmental regulation policy in China.
