【摘要】：在開放創(chuàng)新背景下,產業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺對促進產業(yè)技術升級和結構調整具有重要意義,但其作用在很大程度上取決于平臺的治理模式。根據治理主體是否屬于創(chuàng)新平臺成員,產業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺的治理模式可以歸納為內部治理模式和外部治理模式,結合兩種治理模式的特征及典型應用案例,發(fā)現決定采用何種治理模式應考慮的因素包括產業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺的成員數量及結構、平臺目標、成員之間的信任程度及成員之間在產品市場上的競爭程度。
[Abstract]:Under the background of open innovation, the industrial innovation platform plays an important role in promoting the upgrading of industrial technology and structural adjustment, but to a large extent, it depends on the governance mode of the platform. According to whether the governance subject is a member of the innovation platform, the governance model of the industrial innovation platform can be summed up into the internal governance model and the external governance model, combined with the characteristics of the two governance models and typical application cases. It is found that the factors that should be taken into account include the number and structure of the members of the industrial innovation platform, the target of the platform, the degree of trust among the members and the degree of competition among the members in the product market.
