【摘要】：長(zhǎng)三角一體化與江蘇沿海開發(fā)上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,使鹽城濱海濕地面臨空前的發(fā)展壓力,如何正確認(rèn)識(shí)灘涂的價(jià)值并加以合理利用是制定各項(xiàng)方針政策的前提。運(yùn)用1987、1992、1997、2002、2007年共5個(gè)時(shí)相的Landsat數(shù)據(jù)來獲得土地利用和景觀的時(shí)空變化信息,綜合運(yùn)用直接市場(chǎng)價(jià)值法、間接市場(chǎng)價(jià)值法、替代成本法、Costanza成果參數(shù)法等計(jì)算了保護(hù)區(qū)8項(xiàng)生態(tài)服務(wù)價(jià)值的變化。結(jié)果表明,濱海濕地蘊(yùn)涵巨大的生態(tài)服務(wù)價(jià)值,20年內(nèi)的均值約為683億元。其中原生濕地提供的價(jià)值最大,平均為人工濕地及非濕地價(jià)值的31倍。濱海濕地提供的間接使用價(jià)值是生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價(jià)值的主要貢獻(xiàn)者,平均為直接使用價(jià)值的6.5倍。20年來,研究區(qū)生態(tài)服務(wù)價(jià)值先減后增再減,凈損失了27.689億元。保護(hù)區(qū)濱海濕地景觀中以獐茅、堿蓬群落為代表的自然濕地的大幅減少和鹽田、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖池塘等人工濕地及農(nóng)業(yè)用地等非濕地面積的顯著增加,直接導(dǎo)致了近20年來直接使用價(jià)值的高速增長(zhǎng)和間接使用價(jià)值、選擇價(jià)值的持續(xù)下降。
[Abstract]:The integration of Yangtze River Delta and the coastal development of Jiangsu is a national strategy, which makes the coastal wetland of Yancheng face unprecedented development pressure. How to correctly understand the value of tidal flat and make rational use of it is the premise of formulating various principles and policies. Using Landsat data of five phases in 1987 / 1992 / 1997 / 2002 and 2007 to obtain space-time change information of land use and landscape, direct market value method and indirect market value method are used synthetically. The alternative cost method and Costanza result parameter method were used to calculate the change of the value of 8 ecological services in the reserve. The results show that the coastal wetland contains huge ecological service value, the average value in 20 years is about 68.3 billion yuan. The value of primary wetland is the largest, which is 31 times of that of artificial wetland and non-wetland. The indirect use value provided by coastal wetland is the main contributor of ecosystem service value, with an average of 6.5 times of direct use value. Over the past 20 years, the value of ecological service in the study area has decreased first and then increased and then decreased, resulting in a net loss of 2.7689 billion yuan. In the coastal wetland landscape of the reserve, the natural wetland represented by roe grass and Suaeda salsa community decreased significantly, and the area of non-wetland such as constructed wetland such as aquiculture pond and agricultural land increased significantly. It has led to the rapid growth of direct use value and indirect use value in the past 20 years, and the continuous decline of choice value.
