【摘要】：發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在碳市場(chǎng)的先發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì)和我國(guó)的后發(fā)劣勢(shì),使得我國(guó)在當(dāng)前國(guó)際碳市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局中處于被動(dòng)地位,缺乏定價(jià)權(quán)和談判權(quán),若不及時(shí)采取應(yīng)對(duì)措施,在未來(lái)碳市場(chǎng)格局的新一輪重構(gòu)過(guò)程中將面臨諸多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。文章從當(dāng)前國(guó)際碳市場(chǎng)博弈格局出發(fā),考慮我國(guó)在未來(lái)國(guó)際碳市場(chǎng)中可能的地位變遷,選擇合適的發(fā)展路徑,并輔以相應(yīng)的制度安排做保障,來(lái)挽回和爭(zhēng)取已經(jīng)被發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家搶先一步的碳市場(chǎng)主動(dòng)權(quán)。
[Abstract]:The advantage of the developed countries in the carbon market and the inferior position of our country make our country in the current international carbon market competition pattern in a passive position, lack of pricing and negotiation rights, if we do not take timely response measures, In the future carbon market pattern of a new round of restructuring process will face many risk factors. Starting from the current international carbon market game pattern, this paper considers the possible changes of China's position in the future international carbon market, chooses the appropriate development path, and adjusts the corresponding institutional arrangements as the guarantee. To recover and fight for the developed countries have been a step ahead of the carbon market initiative.
