資本總公式中勞資雙方的博弈分析及其現(xiàn)實意義

【摘要】:中國轉軌經(jīng)濟中勞資雙方?jīng)_突與矛盾日益凸顯,成為社會關注焦點。借助馬克思關于資本總公式及其矛盾的一般理論,揭示出隱藏在資本總公式背后資本所有者與勞動力所有者的矛盾,繼而結合博弈論的基本觀點對其進行博弈分析,探求社會主義市場經(jīng)濟條件下構建和諧穩(wěn)定勞資關系的合理路徑。整體而言,我國公有制條件下的勞資關系是較合理的,而個體經(jīng)濟、私營經(jīng)濟形態(tài)中隱藏了大量勞資矛盾,存在著勞資關系的不和諧。構建社會主義和諧勞資關系是深入落實科學發(fā)展觀的切實之舉,對于構建社會主義和諧社會具有重要意義和作用。
[Abstract]:The conflicts and contradictions between employers and employees in China's transition economy are increasingly prominent and become the focus of social attention. With the help of Marx's general theory on the total capital formula and its contradiction, this paper reveals the contradiction between the capital owner and the labor owner hidden behind the total capital formula, and then analyzes the contradiction between the capital owner and the labor owner with the basic viewpoint of game theory. To explore the reasonable path of constructing harmonious and stable labor relations under the condition of socialist market economy. On the whole, the labor relations under the condition of public ownership in our country are more reasonable, but in the individual economy and the private economy, a large number of labor and capital contradictions are hidden, and there is disharmony between the labor and capital relations. The construction of socialist harmonious labor relations is a practical move to carry out the scientific concept of development, which is of great significance and function to the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
