【摘要】：正2012年8月,新疆科技廳組織專家對(duì)中國(guó)科學(xué)院新疆生態(tài)與地理研究所的成果"瑪納斯河流域生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)功能區(qū)劃及生態(tài)損益補(bǔ)償研究"進(jìn)行了鑒定。該成果分析了瑪納斯河流域生態(tài)問(wèn)題、成因及對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響,建立了流域生態(tài)安全評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系及預(yù)警模型,確定了生態(tài)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí);進(jìn)行了流域的生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)功能區(qū)劃,
[Abstract]:In August, 2012, the Xinjiang Science and Technology Department organized experts to identify the achievements of the Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, "the study on Eco-economic functional regionalization and Ecological profit and loss compensation in Manas River Basin". This paper analyzes the ecological problems, causes and effects on economic development of Manas River Basin, establishes the index system and early warning model of ecological security evaluation in the basin, and determines the risk level of ecological security. The ecological and economic functional regionalization of the watershed was carried out.
